JustGlobes Recenzje

I purchased this globe for a Christmas present. The recipient is very happy with it. It came in a big box, well protected. It also lights up very evenly so no dark spots.

I purchased the Da Vinci Rust Italian Globe Bar as a Christmas gift, based on the website description describing it as having “no compromise on style” and being a “fine example of Italian craftsmanship” and a centrepiece item.

The reality did not match this description. The globe has visible printing defects (including red smudge-like marks), a misaligned meridian ring, and once assembled, it does not sit securely and wobbles. The wooden components are extremely lightweight and appear to be laminated/composite rather than solid wood, which further affects stability and gives the item a low-quality feel inconsistent with how it is marketed.

I contacted customer service with clear photo and video evidence. I was told that the defects shown were “as expected.” The only option offered was to return the item under the unwanted items policy, which would involve a 20% deduction as well as the cost and risk of returning a very large, fragile item.

Because of the size and fragility of the globe, returning it was impractical. I have decided to reluctantly keep it and modify it myself to make it stable and usable - something I should not have to do for a product sold based on craftsmanship and quality.

If visible misalignment, printing defects, and the use of lightweight laminated materials are considered normal for this product, that information should be made clear in the product description so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Excellent customer service. Very fast and efficient. Promptly dispatched.

Really helpful advice on the helpline prior to purchase, easy to pay arrangement, great delivery service and the fragile article was delivered safely. The item was a Christmas present for our granddaughter and she was delighted with it. Great service. Many thanks

I worked for Replogle for 30 years. I lived in Toronto Canada.

Telephone call, answered by a helpful young man who quided me to the best globe for the Grandson.

Quick delivery and beautiful kids globe. Perfect for child.

Timely response following my order and arrived as expected and well packaged.

Good customer service, item arrived really quickly and all in one piece :) It is a christmas gift.

I like that being inflatable it's unbreakable if dropped.
I don't like: It isn't as clear as I'd like.
It slowly deflates.
Because it has a number of joins, it's not exactly spherical.

Quick delivery! Ordered a globe for my grandson’s 6th birthday. A kind man called me to say the globe I ordered was out of stock and he was going to send next model up with no extra charge! So - Otto now has the ability to turn the world upside down!! He is so thrilled with the globe I gave to him for his 6th birthday - he will treasure it for the rest of his life / thank you xx
