As you may be able to appreciate from phoning around, these units are moving very quickly at the present time so stock situations do change constantly. The payment was simply pre-authourised and was voided straightaway so will disappear from your transactions in due course but we are in the hands of the banking system for how long that takes.

The Pramac generator supplied by Just Generators was well packaged and delivered without delay. The purchasing process was straightforward. I have yet to run it, so cannot comment on the generators' performance. It appears to be solidly constructed. All-in-all a good experience.

The company involved had no interest in a fault that I was trying to explain was rude and obnoxious. And when I decide to buy a new generator I will not be buying from this company if you’re not a customer of theirs are simply do not want to help offer support clearly is on their website. Their support is only for existing Customers not potential new ones

Phoned for some advice on an issue with my diesel generator only to be told, “ we dont help non customers”
The fact i was looking at the possibility of having to buy a new one I think this company might be able to help. How wrong I was I was dealt with a rude individual Who didn’t care or was interested In anything I had to say regarding my fault with my generator. If and when It’s time to buy a new one. I certainly won’t be entertaining this company and will be spending my money elsewhere.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way but we are a retailer of new units and do of course provide full back to our customers but we are unable to simply answer general fault finding questions as these are better answered by a qualified engineer, we would not want to give out incorrect advice in the repair field that we do not specialise in.

Expert advice and prompt service
I called Just Generators because I wasn't sure which generator would suit me best. After 10 minutes talking to an expert about the balance between noise, fuel tank size and power requirements, I homed in on the right generator for me. I then placed my order (it was competitive to anything else on line) and the generator was with me two days later. A very good experience all round.

Straightforward and Fairly Quick
I ordered a Loncin 6.5KW generator bundle on 21-Dec-2023. I needed the additional items in the bundle (changeover switch, inlet, cable, etc), which seemed fairly good value compared to getting the items individually elsewhere, so I decided to get the bundle. I'd previously chatted online with Just Generators and knew there would be no shipments until the new year due to the shutdown of the couriers. I got a notification that the generator had shipped on 03-Jan-2024 with Palletline, and to expect it within approximately 2 working days. I didn't get any firm delivery date or tracking details, which would have been nice, and the first I heard was a call from the driver on 05-Jan-2024 saying he was less than a minute away, but luckily I was around. The driver was friendly and helpful, and wheeled the pallet into my garage. The generator was well packed and arrived in good condition. After adding oil and fuel, I started the generator and gave it a few minutes run, and all seems good. Overall I am very happy with the purchase, and the lead time was reasonable considering that it was Christmas and New Year.
