These people are a total scam and PayPal should be ashamed of themselves for doing business with them! JordanFanatics or whoever else they want to call themselves. They sell fake merchandise and give people the running around when it comes to refunds!

Do not do this! Very aggressive sales strategy. Did not do or want anything but I was tight to a ‘subscription’ that cost me 67,50€. No way to get it back any very difficult to end this. DO NOT DO THIS. FRAUDE!!

My order 4008 6495 5527 7568 changed every item to wrong size (XL) duplicated one item and included something I did not order. . a (quilt cover). 3 pairs of pants are XL & I will keep of this order. All other items need to be returned. They are ust HUGE on me.

Ich habe 3 Blusen bestellt und erhielt die Mitteilung der 1. Teillieferung am Tag des Ablaufs der Zahlfrist von Klarna. Reklamation, Storno der gesamten Bestellung, Mahngebühren... Die gesamte Kommunikation Justfashionnow ist unzureichend bzw. miserabel, schriftliche Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten. Zahlung von Versandkosten, obwohl nicht erhalten bzw. Annahme verweigert, Mahngebühren von Klarna bis hin zur Androhung von Inkasso! Einfach Katastrophe.

Schade, alles schlechte Qualität. Der gewünshte Artikel
wurde mir dreifach zugesandt.
Ja, selber schuld, da kauft man eben nicht.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté un pull sur le site justfashionnow.com, je souhaite le renvoyer car il ne me convient pas (couleurs complètement différentes que sur le site) et en dépit d'envois répétitifs pour obtenir l'adresse de retour, et le fait qu'ils me disent qu'ils m'ont répondu ... je n'ai toujours pas cette adresse.
J'ai vérifié mes spams ... rien. Par contre, je continue à recevoir des propositions commerciales plusieurs fois par jour.
Ils réagissent cependant aux avis que je donne sur ce site, alors, qu'ils me donnent l'adresse directement par mail une bonne fois pour toutes et qu'ils arrêtent de mener les clients en bateau!!!!!

I have had the misfortune of attempting to return a top that was too large and of very poor quality. Endless obstructions, a counter offer and then the sudden revelation that I had to return it to China. This company is dishonest and scam but there seems no way of stopping their activities. Be warned about anything originating in China. Too late I’ve looked at other reviews and am shocked that no action is taken to block these thieves; if there’s no authority with the power to do so I fear for the future security of online purchases per se.

Die bestellt Kleidung besteht hauptsächlich aus minderwertiger Qualität und entspricht in keinster Weise den Präsentationsbildern. Deshalb wollte ich die Ware zurücksenden. Leider ist eine Rücksendung nur nach China und NICHT kostenfrei möglich. Bei Livechats wird man abgeschaltet oder bekommt nur die genannte Möglichkeit der Rücksendung nach China. Ein unseriöses Unternehmen.

The fabric is not what they say it is. They said the dress I ordered was cotton but it is cheap polyester. Do not buy.

Google should stop allowing this Chinese scam to operate. My order took many months to arrive and when it did, it was incomplete and the quality very shoddy. Nothing like the photos. The “customer support” played endless games getting me to reverse my PayPal dispute and then insisting that I return the one item that had arrived, at my expense. The return address (using their preprinted label) in China did not exist so the junk was returned to me. Please do not allow this company to scam you.

I have been writing a daily review of these A Holes due to their screw up in a delivery for my granddaughter's 18th bd where they used her street address and zip code in California but with my city in Ontario. We opened a fraud investigation with our Visa credit card provider CIBC and have just been informed that we will receive a full credit for this unfortunate purchase. While i advise to NEVER do business with this company, please be aware that their shoddy business practices are well known and if you, like me, were taken in by their seemingly cute products and good pricing, there is a way to get compensated. Don't back down. And better yet, don't ever purchase from any company that sends packages from Asia. From now on i will only use well established companies like Amazon for the many online purchase we make. Signing off. Good luck

Unfortunately, I disregarded the reviews warning that this company is a scan. So, I ordered 8 items from them for more than $ 150.00, they sent me one item-- a 5-shirt that cost $ 6.00 in the wrong size, and nothing more. They claim that the 2nd order was sent, but it was never received by a US carrier. After several emails from them, it's clear they have no plans to refund my money, so I'll forward all the tracking emails confirming that the shipment never left China to my credit card company. So, they ripped me off...

Folks, save yourselves time and money...don't bother ordering rom this company...

Here I am again, waiting for Just Fashion Now to reply that they have deleted my name and credit card information from their website. I've asked them repeatedly to do this for at least several months. Only one reply said they couldn't do this, which isn't true. Ask any reputable online seller. All my requests and deadlines to this company have been ignored. All other replies, including in response to Trustpilot reviews, have been automatic or off topic. Poor quality products, Mary Jane shoes that look and feel like cardboard with velcro that doesn't stick. Repeat shipping problems. I don't want to pay to phone Hong Kong, but am afraid that's next. Just Fashion Now, you need to know I am not going away on emails to you or Truspilot reviews until you fix my problem. I do not want you to have my information any more. Please don't reply again that you cannot delete it and my credit card is safe with you. I wouldn't trust you with a six-year-old's allowance.

First and foremost, I very rarely complete reviews on products simply because they sometimes take an absorbent amount of time to complete. However, in the case of this company, I feel it’s almost a duty to do a review. First, nothing about this company and website is legitimate. To begin, when I attempted to log onto the website it was somewhat difficult at best. This problem should have served as an indicator to me to not pursue their products any further, but I did so anyway. I did buy several items from the site which totaled $140.00.

Most of the items I selected were beautiful on the website. They use professional models and computer enhanced photos to make their products look better than they actually are. When I received the products they did not resemble anything I had seen on the company’s site. The items were subpar and of low quality. The thread used on their products is cheap and all the items I received resembled something that might be made in a sweatshop. Their website is set up to deceive customers. This company does not list a telephone number on its customer service website so the only way to contact them is through e-mail in which they take days to respond to.

Additionally, when they did bother to answer my e-mail they gave me two options, return the items to China at my own expense or accept a fifteen percent refund, which came out to be $11.89 cents. So, no matter what you think, no matter what you do, avoid this company at all costs. They are deceitful, their product is nothing but garbage and they will rip you off. I didn’t even give the stuff to Goodwill; I just threw it all in the trash. So, avoid this company like the plague and alert anyone you know to do the same.

I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY ONE STAR!! BUT HAVE NO CHOICE, HAVE TO SELECT A STAR TO WRITE YET ANOTHER REVIEW!!

LIARS AND A THIEVING COMANY.

Ordered several items that never arrived. I contacted them a total of 4 times and was informed on each occasion that they were 'in transit and to be patient'. It has now been 10 weeks and they have still not arrived. I am now £75 down and have not received the items.
I have asked for a refund, but as yet, they have not responded.
I would avoid at all costs and spend your money else where. I feel totally ripped off!
