In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.

Purchasing was easy and very efficient. I was contacted straight away to talk through and check my order. Delivery was a week earlier than quoted which was great. Driver was extremely helpful, certainly above and beyond what was expected. These bifolds are heavy and very well constructed, no warping when moving them.
A replacement gasket was sent for a minor fault. (Something that could have been picked up before they left the factory). Also the vents could have been cleaned to remove debris before doors left the factory.
Phone calls for a couple of fitting questions were answered.
All in all a good experience and I would happily recommend Just Doors Uk.

It would have been nice to have received some fixing details (ie size of drill bit for screws supplied with fixing kit/recommended type of mastic to use/sequence of install and method of ensuring frame is hung without a twist/etc) and the glazing beads were difficult to fit.

We completely agree with your points. Having clear specifications for drill bit sizes, mastic recommendations, and tips for avoiding frame twist is essential for a smooth install. We also recognise that the glazing beads should be more straightforward to fit.

Generally good.
Good products generally that are made exactly to your size. Price and delivery time were good and general service and support was very good too. Had a small window from them which was very good, but had a set of french doors recently that had a 5mm spot of the rosewood finish rubbed off part of the frame and a similar piece of rosewood finish missing near the top. One of the glass panels had a tiny chip in it as well. Couldn't be bothered to return it all as I was under time pressure to get it fitted in my own home. I'm hoping I can touch up the damage with something so it won't be noticeable? I believe it came from the factory like this, so their quality control needs tightening up. Time will tell if the products wear well in the elements.

However, I'm very sorry to hear that your new French doors arrived with those frustrating imperfections. While we strive for perfection, it sounds like we missed the mark on our quality control this time around. I completely understand why you chose to proceed with the installation given your timeline, the last thing you need when you're on a schedule is to delay the installation.
Regarding the Rosewood finish, we want to help you get those doors looking as seamless as they should, I will request that a Rosewood Touch-Up Pen is sent directly to you. These are designed to bond with the frame and mimic the grain.
We take your comments about our quality control seriously and will be sharing this with our factory team to ensure it doesn't happen again. We’re confident the doors will stand up beautifully to the elements, but we’re here if you need anything at all as they settle in.
