We recently booked a private tour to Zhangjiajie and Beijing through Justchina Tour travel, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable trips. Right from the beginning, everything was delivered exactly as committed in the itinerary, no hidden surprises, no rush in sightseeing and definitely no time wasted on commercial attractions.
The agency truly prioritised our personal comfort, safety and interests. They skillfully adjusted our sightseeing schedule to accommodate some of our own personal planned activities, ensuring that we didn’t miss out any major attractions. We had a wonderful family trip to Zhangjiajie, Beijing, and Shanghai, thoughtfully arranged by a travel agent Mr Leo from Justchina Tour who truly lives by the motto: “You name it, we will have it.” Our group included four adults over 50 and two in their early 20s, and the entire itinerary was crafted to suit everyone’s comfort and interest. From start to finish, the agent was approachable, responsive even during late hours, and focused purely on creating meaningful travel experiences with absolutely no commercial mindset. We enjoyed a unique, crowd free view of the Great Wall and a breathtaking visit to Tianzi Mountain, both from angles that most standard tours don’t cover. The trip was centered on rich sightseeing, not shopping stops, which we truly appreciated.
Despite being in a country with a different language and culture, everything was so well-organized that we never felt out of place. The agent even went the extra mile to help us celebrate our daughter’s graduation in Shanghai by arranging a surprise bouquet, cake, and party poppers a truly heartwarming gesture. When one of the hotel rooms in Beijing felt too small, he swiftly arranged a more spacious alternative without any hassle.

We chose this 16-day tour, which coincided with China's October 1st National holiday. Although most of the highlighted sites were very crowded, JustChinaTours warned us beforehand and managed the situation well.
The Yangtze River cruise was very relaxing, and the staff on the cruise were all very friendly and attentive. Our time in Beijing and Xi'an were particularly enjoyable highlights of the trip. Tour guides in every city spoke good English and were knowledgeable. Rita Wang in Xi'an impressed us with her helpfulness and extensive knowledge.
