DHL Express 😡 hat mir das Paket leider nicht selber geliefert,ich musste dann selber noch 20 min Autofahren um mir das Paket abzuholen.. das fande ich nicht so toll 😕🙁🫤

One of the worst and most unprofessional shopping experiences I have ever had.

I ordered the Just Cavalli Watches “Speranza Yellow Gold Champagne” on 5 June 2026, expecting a smooth and professional experience from a brand connected to a name like Roberto Cavalli. Instead, this became one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

The shipment was supposed to arrive on 8 June, but it stayed on hold in Italy for days with no clear explanation. The first time I called Just Cavalli Watches, they told me it was a “usual procedure” and that the package would be delivered. The next day, nothing changed. I called again, and they said they would contact DHL and reply to me. They never replied.

From that point, I had to keep chasing them myself. They do not properly answer emails, they do not follow up when they promise to, and phone support was extremely difficult because they do not speak English properly on the phone. Every time they told me they would contact me in the afternoon, nobody contacted me. I had to call again and again, and eventually they even stopped answering the phone.

Meanwhile, DHL kept sending me emails saying the shipment was still on hold. When I contacted DHL, they clearly told me that the shipper needed to contact local DHL in Italy. I called Just Cavalli Watches again and explained this. They said they would call DHL and get back to me. Again, no proper update, no solution, no responsibility.

After several days of this, I emailed them asking either for a refund or for the watch to be sent with another courier. They ignored that email too. After two more days, I called again and told them clearly that I no longer wanted the watch and wanted my money back because the package had been stuck for too long. They said they had contacted DHL again and that the shipment would be released that day. I told them that I did not care anymore and only wanted a refund. They said okay.

Then, instead of refunding me, the shipment was released the next day and arrived two days later, on 18 June — ten days later than the expected delivery date.

This is unacceptable. The problem was not only the delay. The real problem was the complete lack of communication, the ignored emails, the broken promises, the poor phone support, and the fact that I had to do all the chasing myself. For a brand like this, the customer service was shockingly bad.

I would not recommend ordering from Just Cavalli Watches. This was stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. A customer should not have to call repeatedly, beg for updates, contact DHL themselves, and then still be ignored. This was the worst experience I have had with an online order.

The serpent head is poking the wrist, not sure if it can be fixed?

Fast And safe delivery

Bad experience i eeceived my order on 21/4/26 and then I received a post from dhl on 28/5/26 asking me to pay the shipment and I try to contact the company and they apologise and they advised me to pay for dhl and they will refund me the money after .
