Odpowiedź od Just Care Podiatry
Hi William,
We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy. For clarity, your order was placed on 1 January and dispatched the following day, 2 January, on a next working day service. As this period included non-working days, delivery took place on 5 January and was completed before 9am, in line with the service selected at checkout.
Based on this timeline, your order was processed and delivered exactly as promised. We always aim to be transparent and meet our commitments, and in this case the order was fulfilled as specified.
Kind regards,
Just Care Podiatry
