Lovely product but difficult to order - for example I wanted the ice-cream combo - but then had to pick the colours - why not say what colours the combos are!

Lush quality & so original

Love these bespoke keyring/charms - it is such a lovely personal touch and beautiful quality too. I’ve got my oldest one for her birthday and I know she’ll love it! Sure we’ll be back again & again!

Odpowiedź od JUNO&PIP

Hi Lucy,

Thank you for your review, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience.

This certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. We pride ourselves on responding to all enquiries within 24 hours, so I’m concerned to hear that you haven’t received a reply. We have checked our records and have been unable to locate your previous emails regarding the broken clip.

Please could you email us again at hello@junoandpip.com, or alternatively send us a direct message on Instagram (@junoandpip), so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible? We will, of course, arrange a replacement clip for you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to resolving this for you promptly.

Kind regards,
JUNO&PIP

Another amazing order from Juno & Pip - I’m losing track of how many charms I’ve bought for myself/kids/dog and as gifts now (I think it’s 8 so far?) and it certainly won’t be my last order. Customer service is always amazing - Lydia is so on it, and the quality is impeccable. They’re the best gift - personal, unique and perfect for anyone!
