Avoid scammer tactics. We sent clear photos and description of a king sized bed. Pretty simple and standard size item. Removers were very friendly, however, as the items were being carried out the door, someone called from the office and demanded a nearly 40% increase from the original quote saying the item was larger than they'd expected. Again, this is a standard king sized bed. We refused as the bed had already been removed from the property and we had already paid in cash. They also turned up 2-3 hours late.

Polite professional and proper job, used in the past and will carry on using in future if needed,excellent as always.

I would highly recommend Junk Bunk if you need some furniture and household goods removed and collected. Correspondence was always prompt. With a really competitive quote and a hard working, friendly team. The job wad completed the job quickly and without hassle.

We used Junk bunk for a clearance recently, not only did they arrive 3 hrs later than promised, they did not keep in contact with me, and only responded when I called them! Their communication is extremely bad!
At the time of booking I listed everything I had, bearing in mind it was 2 apartments, that needed clearing; they sent only half a van so I had to pay almost double half way through to get another van to complete the clearance!!
Absolute shambles and scam I would say to get more money!
The removal people were nice however and very apologetic!
Do not use - absolute nightmare!!

I have used JunkBunk previously and they were okay, the number of bags they collected was relevant to the price they charged, although always the max for that load range, never a reduction for less than full 1/4 load. Now 15 bin bags and 4 cardboard boxes (equiv to about 6 bin bags) with nothing heavy somehow is not covered by the 1/3 load (max weight 425kg and 30 bin bags for £130) but now requires 1/2 load (max weight 600kg and 40 bin bags for £170) and was quoted between £160 and £180. I will be going elsewhere in future.
