Great customer service! Had an issue with FedEx not delivering one of my packages, and they took care of it right away. Love being able to shop small and sustainable as well. I've been very happy with everything I've purchased so far. Definitely recommend this shop.

Your tea is wonderful. Not sure I like the yerba santa, but that's fine. Your pairing rose with pine is truly wonderful, and sage with the mint really grounds it so well. You're a staple for me.

After placing my order, I received my package on time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. Honestly, none of the essential oils smell anything like neither forrests nor desserts - and I bought all of them, so I know! The incense smell a bit like a campfire (if you have not been close to one for a while). Too bad as the whole project is great (which is also why I went ahead and bought the gift sets of both oils and incense) ...

I feel lucky to have sampled Douglas fir spring tip pine tea shortly before Christmas. I ordered some tea for gifts, in addition to incense and sage. All recipients were happy with the unique flavors, and quality of the products. Will be ordering again and again!
