Disappointed I could not rate zero stars. Ordered a digital smart watch for my 8 year old. The watch took about 3 weeks to arrive and despite attempts via email to ask for an update, all correspondence was ignored. The item came from China and when it arrived, the actual watch was physically different to the one advertised and came loaded with a fraction of the apps advertised. At this time a 35% refund was offered. We then notice the setting to Change the time and day was missing from the watch, so it is not possible to set the time. I then requested a full refund, which has been refused. AVOID!!

Spullen komen uit china, er wordt niet gereageerd op emails. 2 verstuurd en geen enkele reactie. Ze doen net of ze gek zijn. BESTEL HIER NIETS!!!!!!!

False dispatch and delivery times. Requested refund which wasn’t granted. Items coming from China- not Netherlands as advertised. False information on website.

Bought for my 6-year-old, who loses interest in most things within a day. He's been racing the ball through this every evening since it arrived. Solid plastic, nothing rattles loose. Arrived in six days with tracking the whole day.
