My son went few times now to the club at Whiteheath Primary school and he absolutely loves it! He always impatiently waiting for next time. Adults are always great there and my son has regular children friends. They also always have lots of different activities for kids. Will definitely keep using them. Thank you ))

Everything is last minutes. Poor time management. The back office doesn’t have enough staff to support. It has wasted my time and that of my two young children for the current half term holidays. I regret very much that I have chosen Junior Adventure Group. It is a nightmare. I won’t recommend Junior Adventure Group. Fantastic Kids is a far much better choice.

My son was very excited about attending an "inventor" day at his primary school during this October half term. Turned out that all he got to do his own invention was a wooden stick! Also he was constantly bothered by another child at ths table ( she was just snatching things from his hand) and when he asked for help to the supervising adults, they just did not care and did nothing. Also these supervisors were constantly shouting and unfriendly, according to him. Very sad.
We'll probably never go back and do not recommend this to anyone.

My daughter goes to the school where JAG runs the after school club… I had an important hospital appointment last week so booked her into JAG for an hour and a half… Unfortunately the hospital kept me for hours longer than expected AND my phone battery died before I could let JAG know AND then my bus got stuck in horrendous stand still traffic due to an incident. As I sat on the bus I was so panicked I burst into tears. I’m usually very responsible & have a full battery but we all make mistakes when we’re unwell and under pressure. I eventually arrived at JAG (late) and was met by the most warm, kind and understanding members of staff. Not only had they looked after my daughter exceptionally well, but they had also comforted her. She was impressed at the ‘delicious food’ they fed her too. I was then reassured by a member of staff who explained that these things happen to the best of us and even went out of his way to describe a time when a similar chaotic thing had happened to him… I felt really happy and calm and both my daughter and I left in a good place… I’m so impressed with the kindness and patience of the staff at JAG and will definitely use them again!

Worst Activity club ever. My son has special needs and was told that they support his needs and are an inclusive club but that was not true and he was completely neglected. Staff are very rude and don't even try to help a disabled or special needs child. Not recommended at all.

The JAG team at Grange Primary School Ealing are fantastic. They get to know each child, strive to make clubs and camps fun and engaging, and communicate well with parents. Not only have I often seen them at school events outside of their usual JAG obligations but they also organise extra curricular activities such as football against local schools. This weekend my child joined friends from JAG in attending an NFL match at Wembley Stadium where every aspect including safety, transport, food and fun were thought of. Thank you so very much for the incredible opportunity!

Absolutely shocking service. Integrated into our Primary School, taking over from another service a couple of years ago and there are always issues. Now we have a situation where we’ve booked our daughter into after school for 7th October since 8th September and we still don’t know if this is going to be honoured. Have chased for confirmation and zero response. All parents are complaining about how appalling the service is. No wrap around care despite the facade of there being one. If you can’t do the job for working parents leave, so some else can.

My daughter loved the summer holiday club, she loved joining in with all the activities and also loved making new friends. The staff are really nice and friendly so that makes her feel at ease.

She always says that she cannot wait to come back.

First time my kids have attended Junior adventure during the summer holidays, they had the most brilliant time going there always coming back with a smile and very happy. Will definitly be using them during the school half term and holidays.

My children go to JAG at St Nicolas Infants in Guildford. School wraparound and often holiday clubs too. I couldn't recommend Angela more highly. She is loved by the children and appreciated by all of the parents I know. She's so good at being that link between us and the school when we're unable to be there at the gates for normal school drop off and pick up. She always knows what's going on and goes above and beyond to check in if there's a trip or inset day etc. My kids have both had their wobbles and she settles them and even updates me later, which she doesn't have to do. I hope she knows how appreciated she is.

My daughter absolutely loved attending the peckham pulse, JAGS Cam and Jade are amazing, they are extremely thoughtful, and it was very structured, you couldn't fault this at all, and you definitely couldn't of picked two better people to runs this club, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10 out of 10 for JAG Peckham Pules.

I send my little boy to JAG holiday club and he absolutely loves it! The staff are so good with the kids keeping them engaged and entertained! Being a single working mum helps me out massively and knowing he enjoys it too! So win win! 👍 highly recommended this club!

My daughter attended the hitchin group and was initially quite nervous but she ended up absolutely loving it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kept us informed on how she was doing during her time there.

We will definitely be using JAG again

This setting had a pool, so the swim was a big draw. Because It was held in the sports hall there was LOADS of room. The staff were really nice to the kids but also had them under control. My son wanted to go back today but it’s my non working day and I picked this setting because it was near work, not near my home. This also meant it started early enough for me to be at my desk in London at 845

The staff at Thornbury JAG are absolutely amazing!! Both my children look forward to being with them throughout the holidays !. Wouldn’t ever send them anywhere else !! We love it !

Katie and Yona have enormous amounts of energy at Darrick Wood. They’ve brought my daughter out of her shell but also adapted to her quirky little ways, meaning they’ve both taken the time to really get to know my daughter… i love em, down to earth too x

My son attends both breakfast and afterschool clubs and holiday clubs. He has such a great relationship with the teachers who are mainly the same two. This consistency is vital for children.
Katie and Yona at Darrick Wood also make his time memorable. He often makes something creative to take home and enjoys the sports activities. Cant fault it. The booking is easy and customer service call centre is excellent.

Fun activities and great staff - our daughter loved it!

My kid really hated his day at JAG. He said the carers were nice, but he had a really lonely day. Evidently, there was very little structure and organisation to the day,which made it a difficult day for those kids who didn't know many other kids. I'd stick to Buzzers next time

My child feels in a safe and friendly environment. The staff are great with them and the days are well planned.
