We have been using Juni for 6 months now and have found the customer service support to be amazing and really appreciate the efforts to understand our business needs. The interface is very user friendly and we are eager to move all areas of our business banking over to the Juni platform.

Any issue along the way been resolved shortly after reporting them and there is always a great communication with our rep. There's been also a great development over the time and any requests from our end have been processed. Overall a great service!

Juni has been a fantastic replacement for our Amex Business Cards. We were racking up points that never got used, but now with Juni we're able to get 1% cashback which might not sound like much, but at the end of the month is really helpful towards paying credit off. The team are brilliant and always on-hand to help, and take suggestions to improve the product further. I'd highly recommend Juni to any eCommerce brand.

We use Juni for all our marketing spend. The flexible payment terms on our credit line really help with cashflow and the virtual cards are so quick and easy to set up. Our account manager has been incredibly helpful in making sure we get the best out of the platform and very quick to respond. By far the best customer service we've ever received from a financial provider. It's great that we can easily and quickly a real person whenever we have questions or need to support.

The best financial platform online. Low exchange rates, great business customer support, kickbacks, working easy and smooth.

Perfect for EU businesses who need to pay in different currencies such as USD. Saves us thousands of dollars every month. In addition to that, 1% cashback. Not easy to find that in EU.

I have been using juni for a year now.

The cashback is good but their support is terrible.

We have incorrect transaction amounts showing up on our statements which has been a headache for our accountant.

In May 2022 we were overcharged by UPS for no reason and tried to file a claim with them.

We had to fill out the same 10+ page refund form twice and send them numerous emails for over 8 months. They still haven't made a refund and are still asking for information that we have already sent 3 times.

We have lost more than 250€ and a lot of time for nothing. In the end they ask us to contact UPS to file a claim... They have no ability to request a cashback if you have problems. (or don't want to)

It is like the dropshipping website but for banking , if something goes wrong , you are on you own.

I don't recommend it anymore.

Been using Juni for the last 6 months and I am very impressed. If you are an ecom brand I dont understand why you would use a different bank. My Account Manager gives it a premium feeling that I never got with Amex
