I ordered 4 fence post supports that…

I ordered 4 fence post supports that are hammered into the ground which is confirmed in receipt of purchase. Company sent fence post supports to be screwed onto concrete which are of no use. Even though this is their mistake they are refusing to adhere to their own returns policy. I have been told I need to pay to send item to China I don’t think so. It is a bot answering the emails. I keep getting told as the item is not damaged they will not accept a return and offering a 20% discount off future purchase. This is a clearly a scam do not order from this company!

Swapped out my old garden lights

those tiny wires on the firework shape actually hold their curve way better than my last set which always drooped by week two. remote works but laggy, and the panel feels a bit hollow, but the visual impact on my patio is miles ahead of what I had before.

There's no return policy.

There's no return policy. It just takes you round in circles to return your product. Avoid

No goods and no customer service- a con!

I ordered some solar lights on the 3rd May- after a considerable wait I received a delivered notification- the lights had not been delivered.
I raised a query with customer service to be told to check the address was correct- it was
Check with neighbours and family- no one had it
Check with the post office- but they don’t use the post office- so no point!
It clearly has not been delivered.
I have asked for a refund or replacement-
The support seems to be a chat bot or automated message- so no route forward at all.
I do not recommend- £30 wasted- a scam

Following this review I have had a further contact confirming the items were delivered- and asking me to check address

Just the same as on the 16th- no forward movement at all and no resolution.
