I’m a loyal customer for years! Their products are way cheaper than the others plus I receive bonus toys on Christmas. Their customer service team is always helpful. Shipping is super fast.

Easy as!!

Very simple process to order and pay on line. Choice is really good with a great range of products at very good prices. Store pick-up suits me just fine, couldn't be happier!!

It took too long to deliver I know it…

It took too long to deliver I know it is Christmas but I received another delivery which was from around the same area and I only had to weight 4 days.

Jumbo Pets do not honour what transpires during a phone conversation.
On 2 occasions I reminded them that the delivery address they were using was not the same as the one on my account. Both occasions the staff stated that this would not affect the delivery of the order.
But in fact I have not received my order and it is 3 weeks and 3 days since I spoke with the first staff member. The second staff member stated that the order would be resent on the 5th December 2024. The order has not been delivered. When I go into my account online I do not see any activity to believe that I will ever received this order.
Something is seriously wrong here.
