Item not received and impossible to contact company. Avoid

This company is clearly a chinese company run in china attempting to front themselves as something else. Their customer service and responses are absolutely non-existent and they straight up lie about shipping times. I have been waiting weeks now, and emailed them with no response.

Big time red flags. I would avoid this company at all costs!!!

Do not buy from this company. They are extremely slow to respond and took weeks to ship my item. They offered me a partial refund which I accepted but I never recieved the refund!

I now want to return my item and my email requests are being ignored depsite sending 5 requests. There is no return form online so you have to wait for them to respond with the return address! Complete scam of a company.

The dog bed for car took longer to arrive than had anticipated but very pleased with it and dog just loves it - so cosy and comfortable. Also easy to fit in the car and take out to use indoors when visiting. Not sure the straps to secure dog in bed would hold dog in a shunt.

I bought a carrier for my cat on the 26th of February and the only communication I have is that my order has been confirmed. I've emailed, DM'd on Instagram... been ignored and I think I've been scammed. As of today, 03/02/2025, I haven't received any updates on my order or any response from the store. Just lost 48 pounds I guess.

I ordered two back packs for my cat, both of which are not big enough.
I have contacted them FIVE times so far and no response.
They are not cheap. I advise avoiding this company.

Please can someone respond to either my email, WhatsApp, facebook message or facebook review so I can organise sending my order back. Your customer service so far is below par & definitely not available 24/7 as you state on your website.

The quality and utility of this dog car bed is the best I've seen and far superior to the dog "sling" commonly available for car seat protection. The side walls are sturdy and supportive and the pillow is very comfortable, is reversible in both summer and winter fabric, and removable. The fabric looks classy and is of a type that will resist soiling and the removable covers on both sides and pillow will make it easy to clean. The estimated delivery time was accurate with delivery to Australia in around 6-8 days and the goods were securely packaged. I am very happy with this purchase and so glad I found Jubilee through its recommendation on a dog traveling website.

Had to put a teddy blanket in as the bottom cushion is in long tubes and not 1 flat cushion. Nevertheless my doggies can spread out and be safe in the car .

Really long wait for delivery (2 weeks), poor communication (response to emails very slow, no tracking info). Product was appalling quality (fluff coming out of pillows. You have to assemble yourself (cover ill-fitting) and not as per pictures.

Ordered two sizes of dog beds to see which one would suit my needs best. "Free returns" was very prominent on the website so I allowed i could return the bed that I didn't need.

The items arrived well packaged, but not from a small business in GB as i thought. They were shipped from China and my delivery tracking updates showed the same.

While the products seemed to be good quality, they didn't however suit my needs. Both too small. So I decided to return.

Upon reaching out to Julibees to process the return, I was given ludicrous options (15% off the entire order to just keep items and not return them or pay for the postage) despite "Free Returns" being very prominent on the website. I found this totally misleading.

The response time to my queries was unacceptable. I removed one of the dog beds from the original packaging to try it out for size. This item was not accepted back as a return due to this reason of not being in original packaging. I sent the unopened item, in original package, back via resigtered post (costing €30). I can track the parcel and see it has been delivered. I have received no correspondence from the customer team to acknowledge this return was received, as well as no reply to the email I have sent requesting confirmation of this return.

The lack of adequate customer service for this product makes this whole situation all the more frustrating. I hope I receive my funds for returned item.

The website is misleading. Stating free returns. However, upon receiving items...they were not suitable for my pet (product itself seemed fine). I was advised they can refund 15% of my premium, if they provided me with a return label, or I pay for return myself.

I queried what "free returns within 30 days" meant they advised if you request a return within 30 days, they do not apply a charge.

I am not sure how much sense this makes as the refund they have suggested is 15%.

Disgusting and misleading. Rubbish.

I have placed an order and I am unable to get in touch with anyone. I have rung them, FB, Insta, Whatsapp, email. Somehow , there is no response whatsoever and this is quite concerning for me

Wth? I believe this company is posing as a local small business. They put in a lot of effort to appear like a local small business owned by a couple in the UK. Well, the item I purchased clearly was not the one pictured on their website, arrived with a Chinese shipping label. No branding.

Our 2YO doggo had outgrown his car seat and frankly we were sick of lugging both that and his bed with us every time we travelled. After searching high and low for a car seat/bed combo that we felt we could trust (a lot of the ones on Amazon sounded flimsy, unsafe and poorly made), didn't cost silly money, and was comfy enough to get the seal of approval from our picky prince, we settled on trying the UltraSoft Large Dog Car Bed from Julibee's. I will admit I was sceptical as there weren't many reviews, but after a deep dive through Instagram tagged content we decided to go for it. It arrived relatively quickly (around a week, I assume from outside the UK) and their customer service team were super helpful and responsive when I checked that it would get here in time for our next trip.

It arrived disassembled and vacuum packed, but very quickly regained its puffiness and shape. It was really easy to put together and we were impressed with the soft cover and well filled cushions. When the seat is zipped up it is still a really good size, with ample space for our 9kg boy on long journey's.

The next test was a week away, covering 1000 miles in the car. The little prince seemed very happy, enjoying having a headrest and nest to curl up in, and more space to stand up, stretch his legs and look out of the window. The seat felt secure, with a fabric loop for the seat belt to go through at the bottom and a clip on strap that fits around the headrest. There's also a clip inside the seat to attach to your pups harness (never the collar).

Now for the biggest test of all...would the picky little prince willingly sleep in it at night? With baited breath we unzipped the front panel to give him space to stretch out, and watched as he trotted off at bedtime, promptly curling up and falling asleep -despite it not being his usual, extremely loved bed. This continued day and night for the rest of the week, so huge tick!

We travel a lot, especially by car, and this product is a game changer that allows us to pack a bit lighter whilst still giving our boy a cosy space of his own away from home. I've been recommending it to all of our friends with dogs (wanna hit me an affiliate link Juliebee's? 😉). 10/10 product, let's hope it stands the test of time.
