Julian Wadden took over the management of our property half way through. The general service from Julian Wadden, and specifically Chelsea, was great. Chelsea’s communication, responsiveness and support in managing any issues and the needs of our tenants was excellent.

I don't usually write reviews however i feel this was valid. My property manager Ria has shown how it should be, she goes out her way to show why your paying for a service. Excellent communication, up to date and a smile at the end of the phone.

All your help in arranging a tenancy and managing the property has been remarkable. Sophie deal with everything regarding managing our property and keep us informed at all times.

As a landlord I have found that Chelsea is always proactive, making sure that all legal requirements on the property are up to date, and any issues my tenant may have are always handled promptly. Although I'm know that Chelsea has many clients, she has always made time to return my calls promptly and make herself available.
