Arrived at the appointed time and was greeted by the reception staff, in the relaxed and comfortable welcoming reception area, who quickly and efficiently confirmed that I had completed the pre treatment questionnaires. I was then escorted to the treatment room, where Julia ( with an a and not an e ,as I have to keep reminding myself ) !! carried out the treatment in her usual, relaxed, friendly and thorough professional manner.
Once again, thank you Julia.

Very poor service. Twice I contacted and visited this salon for information on an expensive but necessary treatment for me. Both times I was told I would be contacted with further information and appointments honoured and twice I was ignored and subject to very poor customer care and an extremely unprofessional service. I cannot recommend this salon and feel very let down. I will have to travel to Edinburgh now for this treatment to get a good and competent service. Very disappointed.

Julia's attention to detail is phenomenal, and her care, knowledge and ability to make you feel at ease is second to none. She is an incredibly gifted practitioner, and her knowledge and her skill is outstanding. It is no surprise she has an excellent reputation and is always fully booked up weeks in advance. If you want an outstanding professional service I would strongly recommend booking in with Julia.

this clinic and staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel extremely well looked after, staff invite you to apply alcohol gel on your hands, your temperature is recorded and the consultation process is so thorough - and this is all before you meet the lovely Julia.
She listens intently to your concerns, offers opinions on a number of treatments and there is no hard sell. She honest and tells you what treatments she had done and what she thought of the results. She explains why she thinks certain treatment would be better than others for you. I went in wanting dermal fillers around my jaw and in my cheeks but when I left I had changed my mind and agreed to a non surgical face lift using a combination of the Endymed and Silhouette Soft threads. I've started with the Endymed ( I've just had my 3rd session and can already see my skin tightening) and I'm so excited to get the threads!

I attended Julia’s clinic today for dermal filler in my nose and chin area. The clinic is gorgeous, clean and the reception staff very friendly and professional. The medical questionnaire was easy and thorough.

Julia listened to my concerns during my initial consultation that I had yesterday and what I wanted out of the treatment (smoothing a bump on my nose from a previous break and bringing my chin forward to reduce the appearance of an overbite). She walked me through the treatment and what I could expect. She had a good look at my face and gave me her recommendations and also looked over my medical questionnaire.

I was then booked in for the augmentation. She is very friendly. I told her I was a bit nervous and she put me at ease straight away. The actual administration of the filler was very gentle. Once completed she walked me through the aftercare and made sure if I had any concerns later on to call straight away.

I am so happy with my results and feel my goal of balancing my profile has definitely been achieved. As an added bonus my face looks slimmer as my chin is now more v shaped. If I decide to have any other augmentations I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I will certainly be back when it’s time for a top up.

I was referred to Julia when usual my practitioner retired. I was very anxious about potential risks from procedures, being a nurse myself. Julia put me at ease. Her clinic is beautiful. She is very knowledgeable and skilled and does not undertake high risk procedures. She is ethical and highly professional and I have full trust in her. I have had Botox and cheek fillers with very good natural results and I am now planning some laser hair removal. I told Julia that I don’t want anyone to know not even my husband that I have had any work done, but look like myself 5-10 years ago and that’s the result I got. I would not go anywhere else now. Highly Recommend Julia Hart for skin treatments. Julia is a very experienced, knowledgeable, and excellent practitioner. I've been having botox treatments for the past 12 years given by two Drs within this time, however I've found that I have received the best results from Julia, along with no pain during the application, I am extremely happy with the results and will continue to attend Julia's clinic for all treatments in the future.
