Jules could not have been more helpful in finding a villa for 11 people for our family holiday. She went out of her way to respond to my queries as soon as possible, she was efficient, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend her and her partner without any hesitation.

Brilliant personal service, great knowledge and really helpful

The pre-sales comms and logistics management are very strong, the villa was clean, and the owners were highly responsive to our needs during our stay. But I would recommend any prospective holiday maker digs deeper into the villa descriptions. We asked for a quiet villa that was not overlooked. Jules provided us with two recommendations and we chose the larger of the two.

The villa we stayed in was actually positioned on a main road, so there were frequent buses and lorries going past, as well it being the main route for the quad bike tours. We overlooked working farmland (which is not uncommon in Gozo), and we were right on the edge of the farm, so we had tractors ploughing the dusty fields, farmers moving large machinery and barking from their security dogs. This, together with the two local cockerels, horses stabled right next to us with an aviary of homing pigeons and the yappy dogs from the neighbour meant it wasn't exactly quiet and was absolutely overlooked. One final note, its position meant that the sun went over the top of the villa around 4.15pm in September, which was a shame for any sun lover.

We rented one of your villas listed on your website from Sept 6-24 in Gozo, so it is not fictitious.

The property was nice but there were a few issues.
The general cleaners was ok but the fridge smelt, the bins and sink area not clean.
The garden beds were unkept although I did some weeding myself.
The welcome pack was 2 small bottles of water and 2 bags of Christ’s 2 cornetto ice creams and 1/4 bag of chips left by the last people.
There were no visits by house keeping, we were there for 2 weeks.
This can’t be helped but the local church bells chimed every 1/4 hr 24 7.

So easy to deal with, an excellent selection of places to stay and a simple, straightforward booking service. Excellent.

We had a wonderful holiday at a villa in Gozo, made even better by the excellent service from our booking agent. They were incredibly helpful, providing detailed information ahead of our arrival and responding to our questions promptly and thoroughly—nothing was too much trouble.

The villa itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, stylish, and surprisingly modern—something you don’t often find in Gozo, where properties can lean more traditional. It was a breath of fresh air and made settling in so easy and comfortable.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Our villa was gorgeous and in a lovely, quiet location (Żebbuġ). Jules and Chris were extremely helpful from the beginning and their impeccable organisation ensured that our holiday went smoothly from start to finish. They booked our transfers, island tour, and food packs for the villa, as well as giving extensive recommendations for food and drink around Gozo (all of the recommendations that we tried were fantastic). I genuinely could not think of one complaint about any part of the experience, their service was absolutely stellar and I will be recommending them to anybody I know who is planning to visit Gozo!

An absolutely beautiful villa. Very spacious, fabulous views and nicely appointed. When we had queries or questions they were answered within minutes on email and when we couldn’t work the oven/outside light bulb went someone came round very quickly. Don’t think the website does justice to this lovely villa! Great place, great company jules Gozo villas were great with advice before, during and after our visit (especially returning an item we had left there!) You will need a car but bolt can easily get your around in the evenings, if needed.

An amazing service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Jules while helping us find our perfect villa and perfect it was!

The Olives was a fantastic property for my family get away and was better than the website photographs portrayed. Great communication from the owner prior to arriving and excellent value for money.

Hi the experience for the booking was excellent and everything you arranged for
Is worked like a dream. We did have a few issues though. Mainly when we could check in after 15.00 one of the bedrooms with the twin beds had not been cleaned or new bedding / towels etc and I had to get the cleaners back and this upset our arrival sumwhat. Loved the villa but did miss a ‘pod’ type
Coffee machine and also it needs a safe so we could have put our passports safe. But the main issue was that I fell down the stairs at 7am on the first Wednesday morning. This needs hand rails all
The way down I feel. My
Leg was black and blue and my arm hurt but I assumed it was pulled muscles BUT was still painful when arriving him so went to the clinic for an X-ray and discovered I’d broken my elbow. It’s the radial neck that’s broken. I have message Tracey a photo of my
Leg whist still there so she was aware and since coming home I have asked her if we rebooked for next year if they would consider a ‘deal’ for me? But not had an offer yet. Anyway. As I say on the whole we loved the villa and absolutely loved Gozo.
