A1 customer service
The first attempt at this delivery had to be sent back because one of the boxes had split, and this particular product goes off when exposed to the atmosphere.
I would just like to pass on my thanks to the person I spoke to who organised a replacement order even before the original one had been returned. It arrived the following day, on a palette, well wrapped and protected, and in time for the tradesman who was able to continue the work on our driveway.
Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

The goods I ordered turned out to faulty on arrival, not something that could have easily been determined on shipping.
Replacement wasn’t possible however a refund was prompt.

Excellent service from the guys at Baildon, couldn’t have been more helpful.
Arranging delivery was really straightforward and the driver followed our instructions to the letter, leaving the sleepers behind the house as we were away.
The sleepers were spot on, and I have no complaints at all.

First time I have ever ordered anything from Atkinson builders merchant . Very pleased with the free and speed of delivery. They also had the best pricing and product arrived in good packaging. Have used product and it’s excellent. Will be ordering again and can fully recommend the company.

Great builders yard.
I’ve always found the staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful.
Their timber stock is of good quality and their prices are very reasonable and when you need delivery they are very cheap and reliably quick.
