Ordered Thursday morning, my order arrived Friday lunchtime. Very well packed. Never had any problems with Ramsbottoms, would recommend them to anybody.

Took up air rifle shooting just over a month ago as a retirement hobby.
Looked for a good supplier for my shooting needs, pellets etc. and was fortunate to have found this company.

Ordered a scope, it arrived damaged not by transit, it had clearly already been used the adjusting screws had both been damaged by an incorrect screwdriver being used, screws were rusty where the damage had occured. I sent 2 emails asking about return postage ? who would pay, I was totally ignored, very poor customer service, I would advise you to keep away from this shower.
