Joana is always super nice and welcoming and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Stress balls are a good option and always on offer if you’re struggling! The aftercare packs are so sweet and she is definitely the kind of person to choose a clients safety over their money!

Had the best experience until now, she takes her time to explain everything and be gentle (for those that are scared or anxious) cannot recomment joanna enough. Loved my lips, i only had 2-3 days of brusing and swelling whereas the numerous times I had my lips done before i’d be bruised/swollen for at least 2 weeks, so she s been very delicate with my lips and gave me almost no pain!❤️
Although I’ve paid almost double the price than the other places I ve been to before I think good customer care and professionalism has its price too. I will now be booking back for more treatments with her - need a loyalty card haha
