Whisky is a hit, however, delivery not! I bought it for a 60th birthday present with guaranteed next day delivery. Unfortunately, I received no despatch update so made contact to chase up and although I did not receive a response directly, I did receive an email confirming that it would be dispatched. Sadly it arrived the day after my husband‘s birthday which was very disappointing.

Great that I can order a Whisky I can't get in the shops but I am always told it will be next day delivery and it is NOT.

Quick as always (4th order), box was delivered upside down and open however, thats a dpd issue.
Still well packaged, and im sure it will all taste the same!
Ill be ordering from them again once ive ran out again

TOP stars although one smal gripe.
Despite being told “next working day delivery by noon”
EVERY DAY is a working day including Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday.
Some people only work weekends, some 4 on 4 off.
I ordered on Saturday and oddly enough I didn’t received my package by noon Sunday.
On Monday the emails start explaining the process about the meaning behind next day delivery.
The reason I gave 5 stars is because I made an order for 4 bottles of whisky and am receiving an unexpected free bootle which is a very nice surprise, as well as the discounts applied.
Great value.
The process upto pre delivery was flawless.
The money was gone from my account in a split second.
That was on the 11th of April.
It's now the 14th.
Hopefully I get what I ordered within a “few working days”
ps, It;s now Tuesday and after lots of emails explaining about working days and some saying ''Expected yesterday'' i get another email today saying Just arrived at Depot.
I am catching a plane from Gatwick shortly and need to be doing other things instead of waiting around for a third day in a row for this delivery.
I appreciate the explainations Johnny, but please just change the ''NEXT DAY BY NOON'' quote you keep using. You use a lot of nice text talking about relaxing and enjoy the wait etc but i find it misleading.
Trust Pilot has 'Date of experience' marked as the 12th. IT'S NOT!
The experience for this delivery is on going and the date today is the 14th.
Trust Pilot calender only allows the 12th to be shown.
I'm bewildered. Just reading the DPD email telling me delivery can only be made if i show 'proof of age' and on the following line, it says i can give instructions to leave delivery at the front door (thus no proof of age)

ps,ps Just received another email saying i should have my package by 12:35 today.
Thrilled.
Just a quick update, nothing to do with JPHA except the guarantee they give relies upon DPD delivering which today at 11:50 was showing on various tracking apps, still in the depot.
At 11:55 i get an update stating i was not in (rubbish and video evidense to prove) and the order was cancelled with a picture of a barcode.
Going online to JPHA and finding out of date phone number (7944194749) tried various combinations like 07, 01 to no avail.
Tried Googling DPD and guess what? Cust service no is 02082266809 but no it's not. Out of date.
After eventually finding JPHA's new no. I left a message trying to cancel the order (going abroad for a few weeks).
Trying to leave the house to get stuff done, low and behold, the DPD driver turns up at 12:30.
Videoed the conversation.
Short and tall of it, i finally got the delivery and found a nice extra litte minature of MacCallan to de-stress me.

Have ordered a few times from JPHA and have always had great service and the surprise miniatures along with your order are a lovely treat. Won’t hesitate to order again when I see something that takes my eye!

Used this company four times now without a hitch. Very easy to deal with. Although the age verification is a pain. I’m 66 years old so surely requiring me to find proof by means of my d/l is over the top.

Easy to order from the site. My whisky was delivered quickly and I had no issues so so reason to contact JPHA. I have ordered several times from here and have never had any sort of issue.

So far so good. Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt with a good courier in DPD.
