My wife and I were pregnant during the sell process. Now I have to break this down because this isn't your everyday company doing things like this. Mind you guys I was with Matin Real Estate prior to JPC. Selling my house was a headache, even with highest rated agent in my area in Portland. They were just asking me to do far too much, come out of pocket with too much money, and I'm getting ready to have a baby struggling to make ends meet as it is. I allowed that listing to expire so they didn't get compensated when I sold this home myself. Among many other companies on the internet offering cash for homes. Delvonte did something different, I appreciated the fact that Delvonte took the time to understand me & what I was looking for in selling my home. On the other hand, he was able to professionally portray to me what was realistic with the current home market of Portland. Something my recent agent didn't take the time to do. Choosing JPC was one of the best decisions. Their cash offer wasn't the highest. The great thing was they offered multiple options. I took the retail buyer program. They listed my house and sold it in 4 days. All of my utilities were disconnected because I didn't live there anymore for about 7 months prior to meeting JPC. Mind you the last place, Matin Real Estate took 3 months of my life for nothing. The inspection period was delayed, all of my utilities were turnt off. I didn't have the time to deal with this. Delvonte took care of that. Inspections happened, and they found 3 major plumbing concerns, and my foundation was trashed. The home had a crack running through a great portion of the home. Delvonte calls me and goes over the concerns our buyer was having. The plumbing issues cost 6 grand. JPC took care of the $6,000. The foundation had to be completely repaired. Delvonte provided me with 4 different foundation service options. The bestie received for a brand new foundation was 60,000. JPC paid 30,000 to get that started for the buyer. Delvonte then negotiated with the foundation services to allow me to credit the other half, 30,000 on my end at closing. We closed a little later than anticipated dues to the downsides of my home. Yet Delvonte kept everything transparent in communication the entire process and as you can see they took care of everything. Aside of the foundation credit, it cost me nothing. The only time I spent selling my home after meeting JPC was the phone calls with Delvonte. They kept it simple and transparent, very comfortable. I recommend JPC to everyone. Ask for Delvonte he'll take care of you.
