have ordered shirts from joywplace for 4 years never once had a problem - normal delivery time is 3 weeks but past 2 orders arrived in 2 100% trustworthy and superb quality - always check junk mail for updates !!

I ordered 2 months ago and havent got my order.

They avoid to answer me and now I know I got scammed..

I'm yet another 1 star review. This bunch of con artists sent me a torn shirt & point blank refused to help me.

The absolute worst customer service in the history of any business. I asked for a new shirt to be sent & I was offered a lowsey 5usd, how exactly would 5usd help. Then another useless 10usd & told to sow it myself to fix the damaged garage that they've sent me. I was then told to return it be pay the postage, which would cost me 80euro & they have stopped replying.

Don't buy anything from these criminals. They are taking people's money & providing them with damaged junk or based on the other reviews, not fulfilling any orders.

The lowest of the low.

Placed an order on 29th October, had not recieved my item so contacted them.
Allegedly there was an issue with the delivery address so the product was returned back to sender.
Baring in mind no problems with address for other companies and item was paid for.
They state they will refund me when the item is back with them.
I have no idea where the item is as I have never recieved it.
There is now an issue with tracking number.
They have now stopped replying to my emails.
I expect a full refund and will not order from this site again.

I tried to place an order for a shirt, for no reason my credit card was declined.
Received a message from my bank telling me that suspected unauthorised attempts to use my credit card had taken place from some Hong Kong company.

It all seems to be a scam!

Bought two Kits. Both are good quality, good price, very happy with them.

Very good shirt and very good price. Comes in 3 something weeks shipment. Very pleased!

I’ve honestly had no real issues in the last two years purchasing from Joywplace, my orders have always arrived in the specified time (usually around 3 weeks).
I’ve recommended this company to others also……
Only one negative = don’t wash 🧽 items in your washing machine…..please wash by hand ✋.

I have bought numerous football shirts from Joywplace,and have never had any problems with quality. Sometimes the delivery can take a while,but I put up with this because i know the items are coming from Thailand. Keep up the good work and quality!

My package got lost and they seriously want to charge me another 20$ fee for a re delivery. Quality of the shirts are very cheap and disapproving. Customer service is very unfriendly aswell.

I’ve ordered jerseys from this company six weeks ago and I’m trying to contact them and there telling me my password is wrong which I use for everything very dissatisfying avoid if possible

Bought 5 jerseys costing about €80, never received confirmation but money was taken out of my account

Great site to order very cheap jerseys. I have ordered four times now and everything has always worked out well. The support answers very quickly via WhatsApp and you can also write to the support of Joyfball (same site only different name) if something doesn't work!

I ordered a kids shorts and jersey set and one adults jersey in June. They were due to be delivered on Friday 5th July and arrived the following Monday.

Material is good, I've washed on a low temp and so far so good they are washing fine. I don't dry in the drier, hang on the line or clothes horse.

As with all my reviews of this site...

I had bought 6 jersey totaling 160$ when i received the package.. I had gotten nothing, but surgical face masks! This website/company is a scam!
Do not buy from Joywplace!
This website just keeps your credit card information and will use your money!!!!

Franchement j'ai eu la peur de ma vie en ayant fait une grosse commande sur un site que je ne connaissais pas et en lisant certains commentaires mais au final tout s'est bien passé j'ai reçu ma commande de plus de 400 € sans aucun problème la seule chose c'est que j'imagine qu'ils ont énormément de commandes et pour la communication cela doit être plus difficile mais ils m'ont répondu et personnalisé chacun des maillot que j'ai demandé il me reste encore une commande en route mais pour le moment je suis satisfait je n'ai eu aucun problème franchement si vous avez commandé ne vous inquiétez pas vous allez bel et bien recevoir votre commande

Ordered on line kit arrived and shorts were damaged. All the stitching came out. Asked for them to replace. They offered 10% on next order then asked me to send back to China. Postage would have been too much. ALSO BE AWARE MY CARD DETAILS WERE USED ONLINE FROM CHINA AND I GOT A HSBC ALERT THAT BLOCKED IT. YOU PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. I WAS LUCKY YOU MIGHT NOT BE

At first I didn't have much confidence in this website. because I accidentally ordered on joywplace instead of joyfball. I was afraid that I was being scammed. I placed my order 1 month ago. And today it arrived neatly. so you really have to have a lot of patience. Delivery time can be between 3-4 weeks. I was very happy with my order. so good quality. it looks exactly like the original. and for such a price it is definitely worth it. but note that the size runs small so I would choose a size larger. This was my experience and I will definitely order from this website again.
