I've ordered from Journalsay several times over the last few months and they never disappoint. The order is delivered quickly and easily and easy to track. The products are even better than expected. I like the items and the packaging. I have ordered almost twice a month. So far my experience is good, just wish them could restock some popular items faster. The quality of all the items especially the PET tapes are awesome.

I had seen this company on an influencers website and was very impressed with the products they sell and the very reasonable prices. I was a bit concerned about whether the items I ordered would arrive safely because I'm in the UK. I needn't have worried the order arrived surprisingly quickly, very securely packed in an attractive box. I was very pleased with the good quality products I received and have already placed another order.

This was my 3rd Journal Say haul and oh my heart what beautiful Pre cut floral and stickers, frames etc. They never disappoint. And of course I purchased restock that I have to have. I've already got my cart full to place another huge order. Thank you Journal Say for having such amazing journal deco. Also your storage selection is great and I always order some sort of storage.

Pretty cool stuff. Beautiful gothic designs. I would’ve given five stars but the one PET tape had “lobe” instead of “love” so I could use it as a joke but that’s about it.

The products received were packaged well because of the sturdy box provided and are exactly how described. There are a lot of elements all matching the Gothic theme. I'm very impressed with the items received. I wish that all the people that handled this parcel was a little more careful as the box itself was quite damaged, the sticker was torn like it had been opened.
