Got my sandals fast and they are comfortable and pretty

I, like too many other reviewers, bought Seibel shoes because of a good experience in the past only to find that their quality is now downright awful. My shoes are (were!) used very lightly but the sole split in half. Seibel's response? -'go talk to the retailer'! Perceived attitude was - 'we don't care'. Before you buy Seibel, look for a different brand as it can't be worse.

Poor quality soles on boots meaning that they split and can't be repaired. sadly, the tops are still excellent but the construction of the sole means that they can't be resoled so have had to dispose of. Not the quality of sole you would expect for the price and not environmentally friendly either.

I have purchased 2 pairs of boots for myself and 1 pair for my Aunt,i love Josef Siebel true to sizing and are very comfortable.Best footware ive ever worn.The company was very effient and delivery was on time as stated.

Josef Seibel are excellent shoes. Made of superior leather, etc & most are slightly wider fit like an 'E' or more, so those with wide feet do have a much biger choice than other shoe companies offer. Above all, Seibel shoes are so comfortable. I will only buy those shoes, boots & sandals now. Such a pity I did not discover them years ago. I recommend them & their online dispatch service to all as excellent.

Very disappointed with my 2 pair of leather ankle boots. Bought via John Lewis in October 2026.

Cost me £120 each

shoe soles of one pair totally split after 6 month

Both pair are now both leaking in water

I have been wearing those boots mostly in non rainy weather and just because of a little rain the are ruined
Will never buy Joseph Seibel again

Absolutely love this brand of footwear, I have recently bought 2 pairs of shoe/boots as they were a great price in the sale,
They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had, great quality & super quick postage, highly recommended company.
Will be back for sandals next!

I would give ZERO if I could. I bought some red Joseph Seibel boots in December 2025. By the end of January 2026 (2 months) the soles had worn down and needed to be re-soled, HOWEVER, because they mould the soles together, it would have mean having to remove the entire boot sole (bottom of shoe) at a cost of £50!!! I AM SOOOOOO angry. They were not cheap and there is no way I'm paying 3/4 the price of the boots for repair only two months after purchase. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt (who does).

My partner bought Josef seibel boots from Costco for Christmas,being warm and comfy,but it all stops there,three of the decorative studs fell out of the boot,I went to the cobblers to see if they could do anything,then I went on Josefs site were I wrote a review,but before sending it I found the customer service phone number,so I rang it,and asked if they could repair or suggest anything,I like the boots,but they were of no help only suggesting I take them back to Costco, then I'd have no boots so really unhappy with outcome,my partner buys about 2 pairs a year for himself I buy him a pair and he's starting to try and get me to wear some,no a big no no

I had a poor experience of ordering these. Due to the one click fast-pay system (which I thought was paypal) and a window in my browser suddenly closing - I ordered the same items twice in error. The retailer is insisting I pay for return of these bulky items which will cost me a fair amount. Customer Service is very much 'computer says no'.

Great service…..simple ordering ….fast delivery….and Devine product….what more could you ask for

I do not trust this producer. I bought a winter shoes and it's not good even for light West European frost, but for a real winter, this fur is a disgrace. I don't understand why to waste a material and call this shoes winter shoes. I am not sure about exact date of buying but never again

I have a pair of Westland boots. They are shockingly bad. I bought them this time last year, but have not worn them for 8 months. In less them 6 months the sole is off and they leak. Absolute rubbish

I just purchased 2 pairs of Gloria collection and they came today. Omg they're so comfortable!! They're the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend will continue to purchase this brand.

I made several purchases but kept only one pair of boots that I am very happy with. The returns process was easy to use and extremely quick to complete. I will def use Josef Seibel again and again

Bought Ana51 tan boots. Looked good and felt quite comfortable. However the boot is quite high as is an ankle boot so cut my ankle. After a week or two I got pain on walking underneath toes. It may have been a coincidence as I have bunions and flat feet. The boots feel flat and hard though so it’s put me off wearing them.

Excellent quality of Fenja shoes, only a fraction too narrow at the top. Still, the shoes manage to accommodate my wide feet due to the soft leather, while rendering my feet an overall sleek shape. They are nicely lined with a cushiony insole covered with very soft leather. Overall they feel very pampering on my feet, although I wish the insole was wider at the toes.

JS was my favourite supplier. Ordered pair of boots. Only shipping is by the totally hopeless DPD. DPD say they delivered them but haven't. Driver took a picture of the bag only so no clues as to where they were left. Driver also spelt the delivery address wrong. Useless. After 3 emails and a phone call, I have to at least 6 more days to get refund. No they can't send a replacement. Can't ship any other way. Thanks a bunch. J S has lost a customer.

Boots delivered quickly and looked exactly like the picture. I got a size smaller than usual and that fits perfectly.

Had a bizarrely mean-spirited online customer service experience.
Previously only positive experiences with this company but this time they just wouldn't go that extra mile to be a bit more helpful or kind. They just needed to say sorry and that would have made me feel a bit better about the whole delivery failure. Too much to ask even though you've paid £hundreds for an order!
