App is easy to use, I like that meals/workouts are personalised to me!

Josef Rakich training is awesome i started seeing results right away and I like that he focus on muscles I've been struggling to get and I didn't even have to tell him. He has it all worked out loving the results im getting. Also the he makes the meal preparation easy!

Josef’s keto plan is killer, great food, decreased appetite, great variety and customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my current meal plan.

This has been a great experience so far. It is challenging, but you are given all the tools you need to be successful.

The app and website is a bit clunky - even the new theme on the app. Whats not clunky are the work outs and keto meal plans personally tailored to me. Dropping 1kg a week and feeling great!

Great Workouts and Great Recipes I found with Keto! I really like the service, sometimes I feel like what I ask gets overlooked or missed but I always remind myself they're probably busy with a lot of other queries.

I love the app and the personal touch. Joseph and the team are quick with responses to all questions. The only feeback for improvement would be around the nutrition side of the app. I appreciate the meal planning but sometimes I think having macros to stick around with suggested foods to eat would be easier to monitor. I know some of the meals planned out in the app have macros that didn't coincide with products I would eat or find in the grocery store. Overall, I'm enjoying the experience. I'm seeing slow results and I hope to keep improving.

Recent experience with JRF has been resourceful and helpful. His facebook private group is an awesome way to have quick answers to lots of questions - the members help a ton too! Customer service and support are diligent in helping with matters - although sometimes issues take a wee bit longer to solve which is understandable; love that the communication line during the troubleshooting phase is open. Good human beings at JRF!!
