Very easy to navigate website, the best price I can find, and I was very happy with the quality of the weights when they arrived! They were also packaged well and arrived very quickly after dispatch. I'll definitely be using this site again.

Great products and excellent customer service

Made an initial order for some home weights but which unfortunately
were not a complete set - due to high demand during the pandemic. I contacted customer services just on the off chance they could contact me when they had some new stock in. Received a reply back saying they weren't going to get new stock in until April but I should regularly check the website in case they had cancellations. A couple of days later, however, I received an email from Diana at customer services to inform me they'd just had a new delivery of stock. I hurried over to the website and managed to snap up the exact set of weights I wanted initially. I promptly replied to Diana to thank her and she cancelled my initial order and I received the money back the next day. All in all, just great service. I am very happy and will definitely buy direct from them again in the future.

A fantastic all round experience!

I had a few issues with the delivery of my weights with FedEx, where the weights essentially went missing for 48 hours (they were delivered to the wrong property and the driver had not left a note to say where they were).

Your staff member Diana (in sales) was an absolute gem! She was so professional, friendly and helpful with everything and reassured me that everything was in hand - and it certainly was.

I eventually received my weights after a gent who lives halfway down the road delivered them himself! The weights are fantastic and exactly what I needed.

Once again a HUGE thank you to Diana, I really appreciate everything she helped me with. She is a great asset to the team :)

Ordered 4 dumbells (2 x 30kg and 2 x 14kg) , three arrived 13 days after ordering, still missing one of the 14kg dumbells though order says all four shipped. They look and feel good quality (5 star) but ordering has been problematic for me (so only 3 star)

Very pleased with the equipment (it's the brand used in the studio at my gym so I knew I'd love the products) and the delivery was super speedy despite being amongst all the Christmas orders.

I had the wrong set of dumbells delivered so I emailed right away and got everything sorted within hours - big thank you to Diana on the sales team and Lauren on the service team for sorting me out so quickly!

Great high quality products and customer service second to none. My wife ordered a dumbbell rack that arrived with a damaged plastic end cap. I received a reply the very next working day confirming a replacement would be posted immediately. I inadvertently mentioned that my wife had ordered the wrong rack, and they agreed to replace the products with no additional charges other than the difference between the two products and the carriage. Cant ask for anything better, thanks guys, superb service 👍
