Jonrosi have managed my properties in Reading for many years. They provide excellent service and the staff will always go the extra mile to be helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Karen Brown, who looks after all the maintenance on my properties and makes my life so much easier by solving any problems before they arise.

After over twenty years of managing our flat in Reading I can totally recommend Jon Rosi.
In all those years we have never had to question or criticise their service. New tenants, to replace outgoing ones, were always found very quickly .
When tenants had a problem with the flat the agency organised quotes for the work which were always reasonable.
We can't fault the service right up to the most recent period when Jon Rosi did everything in his power to move along the sale of our flat.
This agency, in our experience, is professional making renting stress free for the landlord.

I was the tenant of a property they managed between 2018-2019. During this time they conducted several viewings for buyers and renters, (it was on the market for several months). They would make bookings that failed to adhere to the 24 hour notice they were legally obligated to give me. When I raised issue with this they became incredibly rude and disrespectful. Karen is one of the more hostile characters from this agency who during a visit and viewing attempted to bring this up and mis-quote my tenancy agreement. When I corrected her and said that my tenancy papers stated I needed to be given 24 hours notice she became quite nasty and unprofessional in front of the person she was showing the property to. Her manager was no better in taking responsibility. During my time there they blamed the owner for the damp and mould that affected the entire building and all the flats and seemed uninterested in doing anything to help me or the other tenants in the building.

We rented with Jon Rosi for just over five years in Reading. I have nothing but praise for the team there - they were very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls when we had a problem, and were always professional and helpful. Certainly for us they were the best agents we have ever dealt with. Sorry to move on.

Throughout our years renting out our property via Jon he has been incredibly helpful and patient at every turn. He was always on hand with expert advice and when the time came to sell Jon was brilliant throughout what turned into a very protracted sale for various reasons outside of his control. I feel a lot of agents would have withdrawn and let things run their course but Jon stepped in whenever necessary to smooth things over and assist us. Jon was always happy to go above and beyond to get things done and during a very stressful time working with him was a pleasure! Cannot recommend highly enough

Very slow service, poor attitude, always try to blame the tenant for issues. Would recommend avoiding if possible.

This is a general review how I feel as a former tenant, so Jon Rosi do not ask for contacting you, just take on a board what is said and improve!!!.
I left their property due to big problems in it. The Agent could only blame landlord but at the end of the day you both lose business and need to look for other person, waste time for another paperwork etc. so... As soon as they took my money and I was committed to pay rent and something was persistently wrong in the flat, there were delays, chasing them, lies, promises, chasing them and more delays to get important issues sorted and it had been like this for more than half year. Later they even denied that the problem was there but did not want to revisit the property and see. The lesson is learned, never again. Advice for tenants: avoid and spend money elsewhere unless you want to live in stress and pay for flat falling below standard.

I recently sold my house using another agent in Bracknell. Long story short - there were a lot of outstanding queries that were holding up the sale that neither solicitors were moving on and my agent wasn't helping progress. I then met Jon Rosi, as the agent acting for my buyers, to help progress the whole chain. I spoke almost daily (usually more than once!) directly with Jon - so great lines of communication. Quite simply - without Jon's help, intervention and progressing the buyers solicitors we would have not sold our house and the chain would have collapsed and all sellers would've lost out. If they helped me this much without me actually being their client, I can only imagine how helpful they'd be for their own clients so would hugely recommend to use them for any sale.

I recently purchased my first property through Jon Rosi. Unfortunately as a buyer, I had no say in which estate agent to go through I had to use Jon Rosi as that's where the property was registered.

I can honestly say that despite this being the biggest purchase I will ever make I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my whole life. Jon made it clear from the start that he is not working for me and has no concern over my interests. His communication skills lacked as much as his customer service skills.

I found out that the property I purchased fell through the first time and I imagine that it was probably due to Jon himself not providing the information he needed to and never getting back with timeframes he set.

If you have a choice as a buyer or a seller I would avoid Jon at all costs as his practices are detrimental to selling or buying your property.
