Knowledgeable help with a smile
I asked for some information on kibble dog food and the young man who helped was very informative, friendly and also honest about ingredients. He happily lifted our choice into our basket and checked at the till if we needed any help to take it to the car.

Staff excellent I didn't know what dog food to get. My dog is fussy only really likes human food she is a rescue. Staff member gave her samples and suggested a change of flavour. Which she really enjoyed. Will definitely be going back

they have lots of pet toys that i have not already got from other stores who just seem to sell the same stuff all the time

We LOVE Jollyes
We LOVE Jollyes. Great stock, helpful & friendly staff. Have shopped here for years for both cat & dog food, as well as treats/gifts/toys. The dog loves to visit Jollyes to browse (he knows the word 'Jollyes', plus we get to weigh him. I recommend this place to every pet owner I know.
