Always greeted by friendly staff, who go out of thier way to assist with any problems locating items require for both dog and cat.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I’m a recently new customer to your…

I’m a recently new customer to your store. Your staff in this store are so helpful and always advise me on the best products to buy for my new kitten which I love. Your store is always clean and well stocked.
Also love the idea of donating the tinned pet food when we pay. Great idea!!!

Best place for dog chews

I buy all my dog chew from you as there is a good range of chew and they are reasonably priced. The staff who serve me are always super friendly and smiley too

Great prices

Great prices. Beats the local pet shop and the supermarket. The Pet Club is good for discounts. Also, the people working are always helpful.

Nice clean store

Nice clean store, great prices and nice staff. Car park a bit tight but not their fault, just worth knowing if you need to load stuff into the back seats as prices here mean bulk buying can makes sense!
