From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Good shopping experience

All the products I required were available from the wide range on display. As always, the shop was busy and, also as usual, the staff were helpful and polite.

Value for money

Staff were really helpful
Disappointed that only 1 tray of mixed lifestyle dog food was available. Luckily the James Wellbeloved dog food was on offer to save the day.

Helpful staff and trolley issues

The person who served us was very helpful as it transpires my name and email address had been previously misspelt. This hopefully has now been rectified.
One issue is the money needed to free trollies. I do not very often carry coins and found this very frustrating as I usually bulk purchase dog food, bird seed etc.

Shop staff are great with so much knowledge and so helpful
The only thing I now don’t agree with and it’s change so much that our spending is so different now is the pet club, it’s so rubbish now with no real savings for customers considering we have pets for such a long term of our life’s
