From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. The till assistant was sullen and disinterested until he found out i was a card holder, then his manner completely changed to welcoming and polite..its a great shame i wasnt welcomed into the store with the same enthusiasm not just as i was paying!

Love your shop and always receive great customer service. Today was just a little off. Girl who served me forgot to give me my £4 change until I mentioned it to her. Also, I always get my discount on dog food but today i didn’t. Understand it’s not huge issue but things like that can add up to a not so good customer experience. Thanks.
