The store has a comprehensive range of products, prices are competitive and tokens and discounts are welcome. There is plenty of room to move around. There is support for animal charities. A pleasant shopping experience for both me and my pet.

Great pet shop
Great pet shop. Staff could do with being a bit more friendly and happy but as a shop/store it’s very good. Would be even better if there loyalty scheme was better!!!!

Where's the pick and mix?
I've been a Jollyes customer for years as I'm a dog walker.
I went in yesterday to stock up on a big bag of treats at the 'pick and mix' and was disappointed to see that there no longer is one.
The pick and mix has been replaced by rather stingy individual bags of treats on a shelf. 3 small bags for £5. Not at all cost effective if you need to buy a decent amount.
Please bring back the pick and mix.
