From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. When we came in last time and joined…
When we came in last time and joined your club we were told we would get a 10% off coupon to use next time we came in. No mention of it having an expiry date. Long story short came in to buy more food and treats etc ( some of which I was going to use to do a charity advent calendar) only to be told your vouches had expired. When I asked if there was anything I could do to get another U was told no. So I very much doubt we will bother to use your store in the future. If we’d been told there was a time limit I would have used it within the time. Not very impressed at all.

Just one of your staff are very blunt not very helpful when you talk to them never smile or laugh, all the others are great never had an issue with them I come in regular.

Friendly and affordable option
Our local store is always well stocked, lots of variety on the natural treats and friendly, helpful staff. Ever since getting our dog we have used Jolleys and will continue too.
