Love going to jolleys, friendly and helpful staff, the staff take time to talk about our pets and they like to see our pictures of the pets.... go in twice a week...

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. great customer service

The young lady in the Harlow store is very helpful and kind - i go in each Saturday and she has even remembered my name.

I also always donate some dog food for the local dog home each week

First visit for a while as previous dog…

First visit for a while as previous dog passed some time ago and awaiting pickup of rescue dog the next day. Staff were very helpful with advise . Discussing the dogs needs etc with my decision to go with your own brand Lifestyle products.

Good effort to communicate

Good effort to communicate. The server was happy to be there. She took time to help with our questions regarding calming products.
As regular customers it's important to feel valued.

Live crickets and locusts they get…

Live crickets and locusts they get delivered by peregrine are always nearly dead and very low numbers. Of poor quality also. When do get an ok box they die within couple days. Not first time and won't be last. They are always bad.

Not good

I was told on the phone there was 5 Jollyes clumping cat litter on the shelf.
When I arrived there were none. Assistant found there should be 3. Found 2 on next shelf down behind heavy bags.
