Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. voucher processing fault

I took voucher from royal canin for free bag of 2kg for my dog it took 20 minutes for staff to figure out how to process it . Once they had contacted head office and I had forwarded the
Email with the voucher to them for printing I received my bag of food.

Store product knowledge

I asked could Raw foods be cooked. I was told " no it's already cooked and frozen".
I went home and googled the answer and now I know it's a bone content which is the problem if you cook it. I feel they should know what they are selling, especially in this case, this is an awful mix up and could do harm!

Helpful staff

Kerry?(I think her name was) was very helpful. My app has not been recording my purchases since last September and Kerry told me how to contact head office to try and get this sorted.

The best pet store by far

I arrived just a little bit too late. But the staff let me in and gave me time to get what I needed. As always friendly and professional. Great prices and a brilliant range of products.
