Only popped in on this occasion for one item.As I was in the area.and found the staff member very unpleasant and uninterested. I have given 3 star review as use this shop a lot and putting this down to said staff member having a bad day.

The ladies are lovely and took very good care of my anxious 4 year old husky lab.

This was the 1st time my miniature daschound had been to the groomers, and I was worried she would misbehave as she has separation anxiety.
But the staff were really friendly and very professional, Heidi happily went away with them and I was told she was an absolute rockstar, I made sure she got the full pamper-wash and blow dry, de-shedding, nails, ears, and teeth cleaned and she came out smelling of baby powder 🥰 which was great, they were also really fantastic value for money. I have already booked for her 2nd visit.xxx

The young lady gave very clear details of possible options and gave excellent advice. Our dog is very nervous and does not cope well with adults. The groomer handled her extremely well and did an excellent job.

Our favourite pet store in the whole Edinburgh/Lothian. Wonderful nd most friendly staff, always happy to help and always happy to interact with my doggie. They have most of what we need and even if not (my dog is raw fed and the current supplier is, I admit, not our favourite), the friendly staff and the atmosphere of the store has plenty to make up for any potential caveats.
In short - we love coming to this store!

Every time I shop here, I get charged more than what it's supposed to be. There are discounts announced but when going through the till, these don't apply even when scanning the loyalty card. This last time it's just 50p but it's annoying that happens every time and I feel judge somehow for claiming back that little money, but if I chose the item over other brands, it's because it was on sale!

Staff in the Hermiston Gait store are exceptional. Always friendly, courteous, and happy to help. Unfortunately, the store was out of the frozen reptile food I was after, and did not know when more would be available. Staff did say I could ring them to check stock availability before travelling to them in future. Hence, the 4 stars for this visit, but only because you were out of XL mice. Shop is always clean & tidy. Easy to locate items with signage.

My first visit to Jolly's, I found the experience pleasant, fair prices, not overcrowded by stock items easy to find and friendly helpful staff. Just disappointed you don't sell Encore cat food.
