Adding my name to the list of complaints regarding the returns and refund process. Extremely poor. No answer to emails and no way to contact the company by telephone. Will never buy from this company again. Disgraceful way to treat consumers

I have brought many dresses from this company and been very happy. I recently ordered two more but they didn’t suit me so returned them on 5 November. I still have not received my refund and they are impossible to contact. Emails bounce back and no telephone number. I won’t be buying from them again- very disappointing.

I ordered a number of dresses to try on for a wedding. One was through Debenhams and the others direct. I loved them all - really flattering and good quality. So far I have returned the one from Debenhams and was refunded straight away so very pleased.
Will now have to decide which dress (or dresses) to keep 😃.

Return sent not received a refund numerous emails sent to them no reply, they are scammers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shoddy company who do not respond to my emails and chasers as I’ve not received my refund. I will be reporting Jolie Moi to Barclaycard to get my money back but will NEVER buy from them again. My emails have now been bounced back to me as undeliverable. Absolutely disgusting. Also if you look at the wording on some of the information pages on the website, it’s very poor English. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLL.

The dress is very generous in size, I could have bought a smaller size. I like the dress but it is so creased I am on my second ironing session before I can wear. The dress has a very full skirt so not an easy task.

I ordered 2 dresses which were very good quality and beautiful fabric. The sizing was as expected. Unfortunately I had to return them because the style didn't suit me. Customer service was excellent, I received a response to my email within hours. The return process was very straightforward, I was sent a 48hr return tracking label by email. Two days after posting I received a refund to my bank account. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered a a Jolie Moi dress through Dorothy Perkins. I followed the returns process in sending the item back to Jolie Moi. They have denied receiving item despite proof of posting. Informed Dorothy Perkins who have contacted Jolie Moi yet still denying item received.

I have to say I’ve had a very positive experience with this company. The dresses I ordered weren’t to my taste so I returned them last Friday. I’ve had no need to chase them as today I received a full refund, so that’s five working days since sending the dresses back. A happy customer, even though the dresses I ordered weren’t for me.

Do not order from this company! You will have to fight to get a refund if the dress does not fit correctly. They deny all knowledge of receiving your refund despite using royal mail tracked postage and having proof of delivery!

Would never advise anyone to buy from this company. They refused to provide a full refund said they only received one dress when i returned 3 all in the same package. Refunded one dress which was the cheapest. They have refused to take any responsibilty or look into this. You only have to look at the reviews to see this happens a lot.

Was concerned after reading reviews but no need dress was fab lovely material and fit will definatly order from them again

I recently bought four dresses online from Jolie Moi and was a bit worried as the reviews weren't great. However I have to say that they were great re both delivery and returns. I placed the order on 15th and one of the four dresses was out of stock so they emailed me the same day saying they were refunding me the amount, which arrived in my bank account on the 18th. The remaining 3 dresses arrived on 18th (3 days). After trying them on I realised they weren't for me - nice designs but I didn't like the stretchy fabric - so I returned them as instructed by tracked post at the Post Office (£8) on 19th and I've received a full refund in my account today (26th), so am impressed!

They have taken money for an order I placed on the 20th April 2024 but are now saying they've had no order even tho I gave the payment ID number my bank gave me. This is fraud and I know my bank will pursue it but they still continue to ignore my emails

I have a few Jolie Moi dresses. They are really good. Lovely colours and styles. Think 50s chic. And pockets in almost all dresses! Such a good idea. Also v easy care. Wash and drip dry - so great for travelling. The only prob is the infrastructure. The web sale process v unreliable if anything goes wrong. Jolie Moi should pay attention to that especially when dealing with online only concessions. The service lets the product down.

I would rate it a zero if I could! My return has got ‘lost’, despite a Dorothy Perkins agent saying it had arrived to the warehouse. Very poor service and I am very unhappy.

Nothing wrong with the clothes, but returned them as not liked. The issue was that they withheld my original postage, until I explained that this is illegal and they need to refund me in full, which they then did straight away.

The regulations are clear, you are entitled to a full refund and they cannot withhold the original postage if you return the complete order. Don't let companies get away with this, you have rights.

Dresses came rolled up in bags. Quite nice but one too small. Kept one. Put dress back in original bag came in and in bag
Paide £4.60 to return as has to be tracked took photo for return- all a bit complicated
They then took another £8 of my return so got £71 not £79 sent email asking why ignored won't buy from them again not special enough to waste time and money on returns

I would put a 0 if I could sent a dress back which they are denying I’ve sent even though other items Set on same day have arrived at there destination £60 for a dress I don’t own terrible service would not recommend ordering from them the return proof does not match their address apparently even though the label I used was the one for return in the dress bag strange if you ask me
