The onboarding experience has been exceptional, with Taylor Craven demonstrating a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to every request. Taylor's knowledge of the product has been invaluable.

The system itself is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for my staff and administrators to navigate.

I highly recommend the new facial recognition scanners over the traditional fingerprint style, as they offer a more seamless experience.

Our business implemented TimeCloud during November/ December 2024. The implementation process was seamless and easy to accomplish with the great work from the TimeCloud implementation team.
During one-on-one online tutorials (and back-office preparation) transitioning our staff team onto the Timecloud system was as effortless as can be wished for.
Taylor Craven and team should be congratulated for the great work completing the transition.

Great support throughout onboarding, very easy going set up, always answering questions quickly, has been a godsend to our business it's a great app very intuitive for the office admin and the staff using it. We needed something that was simple to use yet had the complexities of managing many things that come with timekeeping many staff of varying levels and on EBA's - we are glad we made the switch. TimeCloud always listen to our suggestions and are so fast at resolving any issues (there are never really any because it's so good) and a big shout out to Taylor who has been amazing to deal with, outstanding customer service!!

The glitches rate is still too high especially as you increase your cost. Unexplained errors that need to go to development and take days to resolve.

Taylor was very patient and considered in showing us the benefits of what we needed. Clear and concise instructions on various video calls. Also a call with our IT Ben was super helpful professional with our guys difficulties

Great software, easy to implement

Implemented the software and immediately have timesheets that are more accurate. Software integrates with Xero really well. Team at TimeCloud were responsive, helpful and professional. Very happy with this investment.

As our company staff numbers increased, we needed a more efficient way of monitoring clock in and exit times. Timecloud provided an easy solution for us. We have a device that requires a thumb print (very easy to set up) and we can download reports depending on what information we require - e.g. in/out times, or detailed weekly reports. Timecloud have been very responsive when we have questions, and we are currently reviewing the information we need to make payroll simple!!!

Hands down best customer service! Appreciate the monitoring and theyre always ready to help out with anything. The weekly sessions are really helpful especially for beginners like myself.
The app *chefs kiss*! Simple and easy to use.
And seriously developers team, good job! Your job is super underrated (sincerely, an aspiring coder)

Support and Service are slow to respond

We have staff working on various sites throughout NSW and ACT. The Geo-reference is particularly helpful when checking individual timesheets. The software is fairly intuitive and definitely saves time on payday.

Timecloud is saving me a lot of time and gives more certainty to staff working hours. It was relatively easy to set up with thumb recognition. I had concerns that the staff would not appreciate having to "clock in" but everyone has been receptive to the process, it also gives them confidence that they are being paid for actual hours worked. Combined with Smartly it is making payroll a breeze.

The Timesheet system is great. Being able to track our work with specific details to our business and the choice of entering details either via the app or computer. Processing payroll with ease, able to sync the timesheets with our payroll software.
Great service when you have a question, fast response.
