My experience with Trisha and the Thrive Hive team has been nothing short of incredible. There is 1 on 1 coaching, technical support and most importantly, an incredible group of women. If you are thinking about doing this, just do it. You will not be disappointed with the level of education, support and community. A Harvard education in building a business doing what you love!

My experience with ThriveHive exceeded all my expectations. Not only did the program provide me with a blueprint to launch a new consulting venture, it also set me up with roadmap for growing a successful business. Working through the program with a group of other women executives facing the same daunting task created a supportive and safe community to connect with and grow along side of. Before ThriveHive, I had been consulting for two years, but most of my ideas were living in my head, and I was having a hard time getting clarity for execution. This program landed at our feet exactly when we needed it most. We knew we always wanted to start our own consulting business but thought we would do it ten years from now but we jumped in with both feet and have absolutely no regrets. This curriculum had significant impact on how we should be thinking about being the CEO of our own business, not just offering consulting services. They teach everything from how to get laser focused on a niche offering to marketing and branding and business development. The networking with other cohort members is so valuable. The coaches have been supportive and it felt like a very personalized experience. This program has everything you need and more- it’s up to you how much you take advantage of.

4 stars only because we signed up for the cohort with specific time of day that was advertised and it changed at launch which made it very difficult to make it to all sessions.

I understand they are evolving how the cohorts will operate going forward so shouldn’t be an issue for others.

I have loved (and still do!) working with the ThriveHive team. They have really helped me manage my transition from 30 years in Corporate into getting clarity on the Consulting business I am in the process of setting up. Finally, as mentioned in other reviews, one of the most rewarding aspects of PASSPORT was the relationships I built with an incredible group of women. Tricia has an unmatched ability to bring together caring, honest, smart, and giving individuals. She and her team have created a supportive environment where we could connect, collaborate, and help each other succeed. The networking and sense of community I experienced were truly invaluable, and I will always be grateful for this part of the program.

I was very impressed with the value provided by the Passport program. First of all, this is a great price. I did some calculations and compared the investment I made to what we charged our clients in my previous role for virtual classroom experiences using zoom. Frankly, we would have charged 4 times the amount I paid just for the Passport Workshops and virtual group coaching experiences!

Passport provides even more than the virtual workshops and coaching such as step by step workbooks, Tricia's Million Dollar Sales Book, sample presentation decks and marketing materials, templates galore and so much more.....one of "the more" items is the Passport portal!

Again, in my past life I sold many different kinds of online tools, libraries, systems etc....and the price can be all over the board but typically they sell for a yearly access fee from $50-$700 plus. The Passport Portal is INCLUDED. Now, it doesn't give you access to millions of learning assets, (which no one has time for anyway) but in the Business essential bundle alone there are many tools to help you under these critical categories: Business Set Up, Finance Set Up Tech Set up, Marketing Set Up, Legal, HR and Sales. This is crazy good stuff (my favorite is the LinkedIn modules).
If there was one area that I would change it would be the feedback given to us on our submitted workbooks. It was good, but I would substitute it for a live call with the coach when needed.

Finally, you've likely heard this before, but the relationships and networking with fascinating, smart and interesting women was one of the best parts of the program. Tricia has a way of attracting caring, honest, smart and giving people around her and getting them to interact in a guided way to help each other succeed. I will always be grateful for this experience.

This program is an actual “how to” program that helps female executives transition from their corporate job to establishing and launching their own company. It provides tools, techniques and expertise for every aspect of the process. There are a wealth of resources available to you in addition to the multiple workshops that are live each week throughout the program. I highly recommend the program to anyone that is ready to take this lead.

ThriveHer is an excellent program! As a former Fortune 50 Sales Trainer, I found the program to be well organized, thorough and full of great information. There was an abundance of support and always A LOT of positive motivation. Definitely worth the money!

ThriveHive/Passport is the best resource and bootcamp for jump-starting your consulting career. The support and resources are excellent, and the cohort model ensures that participants have a host of collaborators.

The tech and website navigation are clunky, and the team is constantly updating, which can be confusing, which is why I only gave four stars. But it will be that much better for future cohorts.
