Instructions are terrible its advertised as I a kit but doesn't come with liquid even
Unit burned my lip and the company refuse to take it back hence why I'm writing this review

First time buying very fast delivery got my stock I ordered I think this will be my new place to buy my vape stuff they have great selection of juice's

Currently offering "same day" delivery for orders placed before 12.30pm, 7 days a week. I was running low so I ordered everything I needed, Friday evening.

It's now Tuesday afternoon, on my last bottle of vape juice, and still waiting for my delivery.

"you did not pay for the same day delivery." Correct.

"On Monday, we replied to your email informing you about this 2 hours prior to your review." Incorrect.

You probably did not allow for the time it takes the Trustpilot system to notify you, and for you to notice said notifications. Your incorrect statement implies duplicity on my part.

Perhaps you should update your response "to include factual information".

Finally, I notice that you have now updated your website to inform customers of delivery delays.

I placed an order last week and had the absolute luxury of actually choosing what delivery method I wanted. This is a godsend, because UPS love to lose or “deliver” my packages and not actually deliver them on the regular.

An Post delivery = super quick delivery.

Products were delivered in a plain cardboard box, but very well packaged. No room for damages. And zero branding. Which means if your package is left on the doorstep, it’s discrete.

Went into the shop today as I, personally, made a blunder between my device and my liquids. The dude in the shop was really friendly from the offset. Straight away engaged in a snappy and fun conversation. I told him my mistakes, I asked what I needed…and less than 10 mins later….I was out the door with the better tools in hand.

(Thanks again fella, I’m really enjoying this Argus. And the Passionfruit sub-ohm liquid is great with the 3 shots so far).

I took a risk ordering from these guys, not knowing anything about them….but it paid off in troves.

Drop into George’s Street Arcade for a brilliant face to face if you’re unsure of what you need. Or order from them online if you’re a professional idiot like me.

Great prices, got my coils cheaper than where I normally go, packaged so well and vape juice was wrapped extra to keep from breaking, delivery was fast and I am definitely gonna start ordering from here more

Ordered some juices from this shop as they had the best selection and value I could find.

Shipping was free on the order as it was over 30eur. The shipment got caught with the courier and was being passed back and forth between their depot's. Misdirection after misdirection. I contacted the shop and Paras could not have been more supportive and helpful.

They followed up with the courier and promised a shipment with another courier if it was misdirected again. I was then sent a second package via another courier service sent and delivered the next day.

Exceptional customer service and value. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

Just ordered from The Vape Life yesterday. Bought a vape kit for much cheaper than priced anywhere else. Not even 20hours later and it has already been delivered. I even got an email from the owner thanking me for my custom. So from my experience I would very highly recommend The Vape Life A+++

Great ecigs and great customer care would definitely reccomend buying ecigs here, eveyone was very polite and caring about helping me out well done
