I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My package was never delivered, yet they are refusing to issue a refund.

I paid €10 for shipping, expecting a professional service. Instead, the courier (GOFO Express) simply took a photo of my building's entrance lobby and left.

Nobody rang my bell.
Nobody called me.
No parcel was actually handed to me.

A photo of a public hallway is NOT proof of delivery. It is just a photo of a building. The package could have been taken by anyone, or perhaps it was never even left there. Despite explaining this to customer service, they are hiding behind the courier's claim, showing zero interest in solving the problem or protecting the customer.

It is illegal and unprofessional to charge for a service that isn't completed. I am legally entitled to a refund for goods never received.

Beware: If your package goes missing, this company will not support you. I will be opening a dispute with my bank/PayPal to get my money back.

I paid 100€ for the camera and 10€ for shipment. Insane!

Un pote à moi a ramené son appareil flashback qu’il avait acheté sur IPLN.

J’ai trouvé ça trop cool et ça m’a donné envie de l’acheter (en version crème café). Je l’ai commandé un mercredi, deux semaines plus tard le mardi, je l’ai reçu.

Aucun problème, l’appareil marche très bien, l’appli est bien optimisé, il faut juste attendre qu’il arrive 🤷‍♂️.

Maintenant je peux m’amuser à prendre des photos avec un super style, et en plus grâce à leur offre j’ai pu avoir la housse de transport en cuir gratuite.

Leggendo le recensioni negative stavo per non comprarla. per fortuna ho deciso di dare ascolto a un post di reddit in cui su una ventina di commenti, nessuno ha riportato esperienze negative con la consegna in Europa.
La fotocamera è arrivata nei tempi previsti dal tracking ed è a dir poco fantastica.
L'unica nota negativa è stato il corriere che non ha suonato al citofono ma ha lasciato il pacco appoggiato sulla cassetta postale all'interno del palazzo, inviando poco dopo una mail di conferma di avvenuta consegna.
Per il resto, vi suggerisco di ignorare le recensioni negative e comprare la vostra Flashback :)

La macchina fotografica che mi hanno inviato aveva un problema tecnico, quindi ho segnalato la questione a Flashback e loro mi hanno spedito una macchina nuova. Un servizio clienti da 5 stelle.

Qualche piccolo problema di comunicazione con il venditore che mi ha fatto sospettare una truffa, ma la macchina fotografia è arrivata (con un po' di ritardo).
Tuttto sommato una buona esperienza

They take your money and don’t send you the camera. I ordered my camera and it was supposed to be shipped on 2 December and it’s now the 24th and I have no camera. My tracking number says it’s been delivered and it is not here. I have tried contacting flashback multiple times to ask where it is and they are ghosting me!! Don’t order from them, they don’t want to know you when something goes wrong and now I am here with no camera and no money
