I unfortunately was out of the country when my prescription needed refilled and my card was locked . However , i immediately called when I got home and paid. That was on June 4th , as of today it still hasn’t shipped . I’m already late on the injection , by the time I actually get it , I’m going to be really late . When I call in or write in I get the same response it’s with the pharmacy. So I said oh so you got your money , now you don’t care, the lady said yes . All other company have 2 day shipping and immediate processing but apparently not embody. On top of it the first two months I didn’t lose a pound. Not to impressed with this company. I also had to fight for flat rate after it was offered and they tried to tell me they didn’t have that, luckily I had it in writing that I was told this. Overall not impressed. Oh they honored the flat rate , the true problem is I ordered my next dose a week ago and it hasn’t shipped . And no one seems to care at your company

What a scam!!!! They charged me $149 initially but then the second month tried to bill my card $399. When i got ahold of customer care and sent them a picture of their own advertisement stating that their price was $149 "for LIFE" and it wasnt supposed to change ever, they basically told me oh well.

You just let me know what you need from me in order to get me taken care of

So mad. I really thought the ad I saw said 149.00 no matter what dose you are on. Well, 149 was the sucker price. They charge you 399 after that. Like when were they going to tell me that. After my credit card call contacted me. I stopped the whole thing. Fraud all the way.

I found out (too late) that my insurance (Kaiser Permanente) expressly forbids its physicians from performing follow-up care related to Rx from non-KP sources. Embody blithely says to get follow-up care from your PCP. Embody should warn applicants and/or not release Rx until it's been confirmed that follow-up care is available. Yes, applicants bear some responsibility but sometimes you don't even know what questions to ask. Providers such as Embody should be proactive in establishing availability of follow-up care before accepting applicants. Now I have a shipment on the way that I've paid for but can't safely use.

My medicines were sent on time. Looking forward for my next months. Medicines.

Classic bait and switch
After lots if research i ordered from Embody. They states it was $149 first month and $249 after that.
Second month cones and guess what? Its now $399. I contact customer service about that and they were like “thats what it is” no discussion.
So canceling account. I can get it elsewhere for that amount.
Its too bad no company out there is actually honest is its pricing. That company could make a fortune if they were just upfront.

Not totally impressed so far.i was approved and paid on Wednesday 6-3-26, prescription sent to pharmacy early in the morning on 6-4-2026, and I still don't have tracking info. During intake I explained I was going on 2 weeks since my last shot. Now I’m going on 3. I am impressed at how fast they respond to messages though. Currently awaiting response regarding pricing.
UPDATE: I doubt I will be continuing for a second month. 399.00 a month and their pharmacy take forever to process your prescription, seems like you will be late on your shots at the start of a new month. For the introductory price, I found a place I can get 10 vials of freeze dried Trizepatide. All I have to get is the bac water and syringes for my correct dose. Unless Embody can lock me in at the price they started me in, I will only be with them for the month.

I’m skeptical about all these companies at this point. So I had a prescription with altrx and I heard their prices change. So while I was reading reviews on embody I saw where you can email them and they handle questions etc. so when I email embody my exact email I sent embody comes up on my altrx message board with the doctors and reps. I think these places are all connected and may be scamming people honestly.

To ANYONE just starting your journey,

MAKE SURE you delete your cc or bank info RIGHT AFTER your first order and

MAKE SURE you get it in an email of the price you signed up for and that they confirmed with you.

If you do not, they won't tell you the next charge and it could be as high as 400 for one month.

Said one forty nine a month even if you dosage change , my dosage didn't change , but yet they charge three ninety nine out of my bank. Single income i don't have that kind of money to spend tried to cancel it before it was even sent.Still didn't get my money back.This company is nothing but a scam.

Do not order from this company I placed a order and they were gonna send me the lowest dose not the one I am on currently I reached out to them for a refund and it's a pain to reach them for a answer.

They kept me updated on my order.. haven't had any issues with them yet

I started off on the lowest of semi-glotide and it worked great I lost 10 lb in a week I wouldn't run to terrazepotide right away I would try to send me gluten

There were a couple of hiccups the first few days but support was very fast to correct these. I love what this program has done helping to get rid of the cravings and getting my eating habits in check. I've had no negative affects yet and the weight is coming off. I was very against "shots" in general but this is the BEST decision I've made and will continue. Thanks Embody.

I have been attempting to contact the company. I was told that I would know the cost of my next purchase before it was made. Not true. They have taken $349 from my account without notifying me. I had no idea there would be that high. I am awaiting a response to cancel and have my money refunded. Do far, nothing…….

6/15/26:UPDATE
After contacting my bank, canceling my credit card, and many back and forth emails with embody, my full refund of $349 was deposited in my bank. I am so grateful that the bank encouraged me to cancel my credit card (we all know what a pain it is) I am glad I did. Yesterday I received an email from embody stating that they were unable to receive my payment as my card was declined. So even AFTER the company acknowledged my account was cancelled, they attempted to steal more money. Please heed this information. The company is a scam and the fraud team at my bank confirmed that!

The company is misleading in its advertising. Not informing you of the huge price increase. When I saw they had already charged me, I wrote in to cancel. Product had not been sent so I asked for money back. they offered several other options but I declined them. After all that, they sent the product anyway. Very disappointed in this company. I'd never deal with them again

So far the medication has been working well. The communication from the company has not been the greatest. I hope that improves moving forward.

I’m not really wanting to leave a review right now because I’ve only been on the compound version a couple weeks and it’s not hitting the same as the other I was getting from my my general physician and it’s only been a couple weeks so to be fair I want to wait until I’ve been on it two month before I review, so I can give a non judgmental assessment. I am thankful to have access to a more affordable solution than my insurance was willing to help with.

Im loving it really does help with the cravings and curbs your appetite.cant wait to see my results.
