I love shopping here at August. Great products at great prices. I sampled a dozen sites or so and these guys have become my very favorite. Every product Ive gotten here has been fantastic. They always throw in a freebie of some sort too. Very “highly” recommended!

I can't say that it's wrong or anyone did anything wrong. I know you are not responsible for shipping but at 12 days shipping for the holidays is a bit excessive. Only issue I truly have is I had emailed you guys back to check in and see if you could see anything more than I could with the tracking. I heard nothing about it but finally got my order. Nothing frustrating enough to stop ordering because these guys products are 2nd to none. Great products, just give me an option for 2nd day air please.

August is one of the few companies I enjoy spending money with. I recommend you all the time. Shipping is always fast, you guys are really on it with all the free samples and goodies, and the quality of every thing I've ordered has been outstanding.
