Johnston Oils Recenzje

Have worked with Johnston Oils for man years. Excellent company to do business with. Not their fault with the cost of Oil just now spiralling out of control. Thank you for being as competitive as always. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Delivery always quick. Staff very professional.

Very quick delivery highly recommend

Easy ordering and quick delivery. Staff are really helpful and easy account management

Staff on phone very helpful when I had a query.
Delivered promptly with care By very friendly driver

Nothing fundamentally wrong with the company. All efficient and helpful but they are significantly more expensive than the competition in an era when price really matters. Customers should not be penalised for having a supply contract or paying monthly. They should at least price match NRG prices for example' They are way off.

Always a good price and excellent delivery times.

Great oil supplier. Ultra reliable and good prices. Highly recommend.

Easy online ordering with price options depending how quick you need fuel! I have a budget account, so can plan my monthly spend. Once order was placed I got a text to advise when to expect the delivery, so I could ensure the driver could access if we weren't in. Text to confirm delivery was made and clear paperwork sent promptly after delivery.

Perfect as always. Great company. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Great communication. Ease of ordering and email advising delivery date. I cannot fault them.

Your delivery driver Ethan was very efficient in relation to the oil delivery.

Johnston oils have always been first class.I would not wish to be with anybody else.
3 cheers.

Very straight forward to use their oil club

Delivered very quickly. Great service and customer care.

Staff were very helpful when I called. Arranged for a delivery of fuel much more quickly than I expected. Fuel was delivered when I was out with no issues and details of the delivery put through the letterbox. Very happy to recommend based on my experience.

Membership of the Oil Club, getting advance notice of cheaper prices, and quick delivery is a great free bonus.

Very helpful, informative and delivered when they said they would with text updated which was and is excellent

Professional and friendly staff whenever I phone. Oil always received in a timely manner, delivery drivers are always polite and friendly.
Excellent service

Been with one two other heating oil distributors in the area, Johnston's are the only ones with a decent website and online account management, all the others still live in the 20th century in this regard.

While kerosene may be on the way out and currently due to the Gulf conflict going through a price shock so that we are all paying about double compared to last year (which is tough for anybody in the neighbourhood who has to rely on legacy fuels, which is pretty common still in rural off grid areas with old housing stock), Johnston at least offer reasonable discounts on forward orders, which makes them more competitive than any other suppliers I checked.

Staff always friendly and helpful, website makes ordering and bills tracking a breeze, and the drivers tend to be local and simply get on with it, on time every time, email notification the night before, SMS in the morning. As it should be.

Thumbs up all around, and they also help organising neighbourhood bulk ordering, which does help with congestion and mileage on narrow country lanes.

I changed to Johnston Oils after being ripped off for years by another supplier.. i cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely helpful driver was prompt and polite. Easy to do business with, would highly recommend. Will be back for more fuel when i need a top up!! Thanks for an outstanding service well done! 👏

We ordered and paid over £1000 for heating oil on 5 March. Yesterday 19 March we received an email advising oil could not be delivered as the tanker could not get down our drive because of overhanging trees. JO have been delivering oil to us for over 40 years and we have never had a complaint against them. It appears they now have a woose of a driver who has done nothing but complain about access since the day and hour he has delivered to us. We phoned the company and spoke to the Manager who was completely rude and advised we might have to move some walls!!!! The woodland is planted on top of a 4ft wall and the small twigs and branches that are hanging down are around 10ft above ground level. What has happened to customer service with this company, it does not exist. We are both in our 80s, mu husband as dementia and life in general is difficult enough without JO making it even more stressful by refusing to deliver our oil. This driver is causing problems for JO and instead of supporting loyal customers by providing a decent service, they are encouraging non-delivery by this driver. Still awaiting the return of our money!! Good luck to JO for their future business in the hands of a bad driver and a rude manager.
