We recently had a new boiler installed by Johnson Plumbing, and I can honestly say Karl and his team were excellent from start to finish.

Communication was clear throughout, and they kept us informed every step of the way. The work itself was carried out to a really high standard, everything was completed neatly, professionally, and fully signed off.

Most importantly, everything is now working perfectly, which gives great peace of mind.

After being told countless times by British Gas that our warm air heating system needed replacing and preferably by them, because it was “no longer serviceable” and parts couldn’t be sourced, we decided to get a second opinion and contacted Johnson’s.

I’m so glad we did. Johnson’s were able to source and arrange for the exact part we needed to be reconditioned, saving us from what would have been a replacement job costing thousands of pounds. Their team was quick, reliable, friendly, and very competitively priced. What could have been a stressful and financially overwhelming situation turned into a manageable and affordable repair.

I would highly recommend Johnson’s to anyone, especially if you have a warm air heating system. Honest service like this is hard to find.

Initially called out for a boiler repair in margate. However, we decided in the end to go with a new boiler installation and central heating system. They helped us with an in depth heating system design. We even looked and an Air Source Heat Pump Installation but eventually decided on a Worcestor Bosch Combi Boiler which was the most efficient and economically viable option for our home.

Johnson Plumbing & Heating were extremely professional, punctual and friendly. They completed the job to a high standard and protected the home throughout. A lovely experience from a Respectful and thorough company and at a fair price.

Have used Johnson’s for years from
Installing a boiler and a new hot water tank to smaller jobs. They’re honest and reliable. Good example yesterday where I called in the morning with a leaking pressure release pipe, had an engineer out in the afternoon, diagnosed the issue and sourced the parts locally, all fixed in a couple of hours.

Karl is a great plumber. Certainly knows his trade. Clean and efficient. Highly recommend.

Called Karl to fix a leaking radiator. Arrived within 90 mins and repaired it. I also asked about a boiler service and was quoted a good price, which was done a week later, along with a new toilet flush that had broken in the meantime. Karl is very friendly and professional. Would have no hesitation in using again and totally recommend.

Karl responded immediately to our call whilst out shopping for Mother's Day. He was able to attend within 15 minutes, quickly identified the problem and fixed it within the hour. He was extremely personable and obviously very knowledgeable. The rate he charged was entirely reasonable for emergency work on a Sunday monring. So reassuring to find a great tradesman: we will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

Fantastic professional service. Phoned Karl at the end of the day in regards to a boiler issue expecting to book a visit for a later date but he managed to book me in for 8am the next morning. Arrived promptly and looked at my issue... within five minutes he had identified the problem and proceeded to fix it within a further 20 mins. He was very honest about what he was doing and even took the time to explain what had happened and how to prevent it in future. 100% trust this company as he could have tried to sell me on a new boiler and i would be none the wiser. Price was very fair for the service, would highly recommend to anyone needing a boiler repair in the Margate or Thanet area.
