I had my eye on a snooker cue on the site but wanted more fine detail. When I called through to sales to ask for some advice I was put through to a guy who was incredibly knowledgable. He helped me with all of my questions and made some suggestions that helped me buy the right product. He was courteous and genuine and I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge and the products he was selling. There was no hard selling or upselling just practical personal advice that I really appreciated. I cannot recommend John Parrott Sports enough. The cue has dispatched less than 24 hours later and I am very pleased with the process so far. Good communication from them after sales and around shipping as well.

Quality product but poor courier service. Courier could not leave with a neighbour or by our door and as a result, we missed him. We then arranged for delivery for a second time and they sent a message at 17.39 saying they now could not make it that day. Eventually, I spoke with them and they said they could leave with a neighbour and it was delivered.
