We had a substantial job for John Knight on our new home, the product is just superb quality, James and the team priced it competitively and Barry and the installation team did not rest until it was perfect. Excellent after sales support too.

Ask for a quote for a new front door .A salesman rang me on the 6th September 2022 and asked if I could send him the door I wanted with all the accessories required ,plus measurements and he would get back to me within 48 hours .knowing which door I wanted I sent him all the information .I had still not heard back from by Thursday 8th september.i rang the company to ask about my quote . The lady first said he was off then changed her story to he is in a meeting. I asked if quote could be sent .the lady said she would contact him and get the quote emailed to me. It is now Monday 12th September and have still not had a quote.This is really poor service from this company and will not be using them and advising friends and family to not use them

So pleased with the service and the overall quality of the work that was carried out with our new windows, would highly recommend!!!!

My new front door and side window are stunning - beautiful design and a real lift to the look of my house. John Knight Glass provided and excellent service throughout, both in terms of customer contact and the quality of the products. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the outset we received excellent advice and service from John Knight. Barry helped with choice and was both friendly and supportive. Communication was excellent and all proceeded exactly to plan.
Dave the fitter arrived on time and proceeded to fit our doors in a very professional way. We are delighted with the end result and would recommend John Knight Glass without reservation.

From my first visit to the Showroom to completion, I’ve had excellent service. The staff behind the scenes and all I met through, planning, surveying and fitting, have been extremely efficient and helpful (I did add a couple of things, during fitting, it wasn’t a problem and was added in). All the people on site, were courteous and respectful. Just a great job all around. And most of all I LOVE my windows! Thanks everyone.

Just recently had Aluco doors and windows fitted at the back of the house. They look amazing and couldn’t be more delighted. The initial man sent out to measure up was meticulous in his work often measuring not just twice but 3 times and the quote/ specs came in a timely fashion and felt reassuringly comprehensive. Due to delays from suppliers delivery was delayed but we were kept informed at all times. The fitters who came were all pleasant and polite and left the work area spotless.

Having been personally recommended to use this firm I was not disappointed. Their service, attention to detail and overall fitting of some fairly tricky windows were second to none. Replacing windows that were over 100 years old required skill and professionalism, both of which this company showed time and again. Their workers arrived on time and always tidied up. Some people want a quick, cheap job but you get what you pay for and if you want a professional company whose standards match your own then I highly recommend John Knight.

Absolute shambles, it took 10 visits instead of 1 to get some indoor panels fitted; late deliveries(months before Covid), wrong frames, wrong glass panel sizes, wrong seals, the list is so long, it is just laughable. Clearly very badly managed; or is it amanged at all?

I have recently had a new Vision sliding door installed and it has been a great decision, my living space is transformed.
From the initial advice received by the salesperson in their Heswall showroom, the process has been a pleasure.
I was kept informed every step of the way and the professionality and approachable nature of all team members was next to none. The installers went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the finished product. I will definitely be recommending this company to all friends and family.

Had a problem with my sliding door in my conservatory which had fallen apart with bits oft he track on the floor. Rang a few people - too busy until Jan 22. Rang John Knight and spoke to Steve who came round same morning and carried out a repair. I would highly recommend John Knight Glazing - they were brilliant!

After seeing one of John Knights roof lantern installations on Instagram I called their office to make enquiries and ask for some advice. They were so knowledgeable and helpful, and couldn't do enough for me. In a time when good customer service is something we rarely experience I felt compelled to leave a review to say how impressed I was. Unfortunately our project is out of the area they cover but based on the service I received, without doubt I would have been placing an order with them.

3 months ago i called to arrange for a quote for new patio windows and another large window. They came out and said costs will be sent to me shortly. 2 weeks later i rang as i heard nothing. They apologised and said i will have price shortly. 3 months later ive heard nothing.

I would highly recommend JKG! I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish. I love my new bespoke windows and door. Even when there was delays due to external issues I was kept informed all the way through!

Struggle to even give 1 star. Messed me around in getting even a quote so hate to think what level of service would be. If you want your windows doing anytime soon shop around. Sooner or later things will return to normal and these people won’t be so complacent.

Impeccable service, from the sales team down to the excellent products. The fitters were second to none - highly qualified in fitting bespoke windows and doors and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend John Knight Glass.

Found this site as I was looking for a steel/aluminium front door. However, there are no prices on the site so I contacted them for an indication of coat for two types of aluminium doors. The lady on the phone said tha it could take a few days for the sales team to get back to me which I said was ok

I later received an email saying it would take five weeks for a quote. I actually find it difficult to understand why it takes this long for a door price as other sites have them on the web page.

My main concern is that if it takes five weeks to produce a quote for a standard door then how long will it be if something goes wrong. I have since told that this time for a quote is too long and not to bother quoting.

So disappointed with this attitude and they can’t blame COVID as I only wanted a cost.

Only 1 star as Zero stars is not an option. Extremely poor customer service and attitude - always late, rarely turned up when they said they would and dealt with me with a ‘Take it or leave it’ attitude when they already had 90% of the money - leaving me with no options. To be very clear this behaviour was nothing to do with COVID - fully understand the delays as a result of the pandemic however other businesses we used experienced the same but kept us up to date and certainly didn’t take 90% of the money before they delivered anything - which John Knight do routinely. Very unpleasant business to deal with. Avoid.

John Knight Glass did an absolutely fantastic job installing my Roseview sash windows. It’s transformed my house, and the bay window looks like it would have done originally (only better!). The guys who came to install were polite friendly and professional. The job was completed on time to a very high standard. Really happy with my new windows, they are beautiful.

Had four external doors installed by JKG. Great experience from first contact to after-sales service. I'd go back if I needed more. Give 'em a go!
